Old building, partially renewed, amenities are OK. Breakfast was really good, and the hotel is conveniently located to visit the city walking to different places. had to park my car far from the hotel because they don't have a private parking. However, they offer a valet service that was really convenient.

Great service. Unique and safe space. Delicious breakfast. 5 minutes from pantheon and a short walk to many bus routes. We had an issue with our first room and they quickly solved the problem.

We loved our stay here. The building is hundreds of years old, so don't expect a standard modern hotel. But it was clean and comfortable and had great style. The staff was excellent, particularly the breakfast staff! The best part was the location, it's literally walking distance to everything. We didn't step foot in a taxi or even the metro for our entire 6 day stay.

It was an excellent location to be able to walk to all the major sites in Rome. It was a little difficult to find, giant green doors with a call bell to the side, not a typical open hotel entrance. However it was a lovely place to stay. And they do have an elevator.

This is a charming hotel with such pretty views from our window. Because it is so old some of the rooms can have low ceilings and/or entranceways. The hotel has modern bathrooms. The sun terrace is lovely to go and sit to have coffee or wine. They have a complimentary breakfast, which is very nice. The entire staff, especially the front desk (which has someone there 24 hours) was so nice and accommodating. They were able to get taxis for us when we couldn't. I can't say anything negative about this place.

Hotel is perfect . Nice and quaint centrally located in heart of Rome. Literally around the corner from Pantheon and 10 mins from Trevi fountain.

No Barbie restaurant. Had to drag up bags 2 flights of stairs to reception. No signage outside the property at all. Just the door buzzer. Staff were very nice. Ate the breakfast buffet only 1 morning. Just OK. Rooftop patio was nice.

Staff have been very accommodating. The room is perfect for our one night stay. We have a full-length mirror above the single bed and a bureau for hanging clothes. There is a mini fridge in the room, fully stocked. We use it to store leftovers from meals. The Pantheon and Trevi Fountain are in easy walking distance. We had hoped to visit Piazza Navona, also an easy walk, but ran out of time. The Inn is tucked within an alley off of a main street, which adds to its charm, but does make way finding slightly more challenging. Although helps reduce noise. There was a variety of breakfast items - pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee,bacon, eggs, etc included in room rate. We would recommend this accommodation!

Poor service
The air conditioning in the room didn’t work properly. It was 29C when we arrived and the hotel made no attempt to fix it. We had to leave the key card in the room so the air would stay on and the hotel refused to give us another key card. We had to go to the front desk and someone had to escort us up to let us in the room. Very very inconvenient. After 3 days the temperature in the room was 25C. Unacceptable!
