Discover Roma from our lovely apartment. This stylish apartment is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of a home suitable for couples and families.


As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave and all you will need for cooking.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed and a single bed. A further double sofa bed is placed in the dining room so that the apartment can host up to 5 guests.


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a spacious bath. It’s also equipped with a washing machine.


Linen, towels and soap are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

The apartment is 6 minutes walking from the closest metro, the public transport runs in the same street.

There are many coffee shops, pizza places, food shops and everything you need within 2 minutes walk. A big Carrefour supermarket is within 5 minutes walk . The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Alessandrino stop of the Metro Line C from which you can reach the center of Rome in a few minutes stopping at San Giovanni.
There are also buses that take you to the Cinecittà area from where you can take the Metro Line A which also leads to the center of Rome (Termini station included).
Ciampino airport is only 15 minutes away by car while Fiumicino airport is 45 minutes away.
Capannelle is the area a few minutes by car where you can ride a horse!

NO MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE at times are allowed in the LIFT otherwise this will stop on the way up and same on the way down. CHECK-IN NOT AVAILABLE ON
SUNDAY AND BANK HOLIDAY- CHECK IN NOT ALLOWED AFTER 10 pm

Great Terrace
The top floor apartment had a great terrace, was very clean and convenient for taking the train to Rome. A short walk with great food options along the way.. Prompt communication for anything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

Très bon logement bien placé propre 10 minutes a pied du métro Allessandrino qui permet de rejoindre rapidement l'hyper centre de Rome bonne communication avec l'hote très réactif et disponible. L'appartement est très bien équipé et au calme . Je recommande ce logement et cet hôte

Appartement et terrasse très agréables. Accueil sympathique. Néanmoins à notre retour en France, nous recevons un message du propriétaire nous accusant d’avoir détruit un fauteuil que nous avons laissé en parfait état. Surprise et incompréhension. Nous vous conseillons de demander un état des lieux à l’arrivée et au départ, chose qui ne nous a pas été proposée. Dommage belle location

Malgré l'appartement un peu éloigné du centre, il reste bien desservi par les transports en commun. Propre et atypique, super terrasse, hôte au top !
