We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would recommend it as a great base for exploring Rome. A particular thank you to Peter who looked after us at breakfast. He cooked amazing food and was extremely polite, chatty and helpful. The balcony for breakfast is a real treat.

From the moment we entered the Palazzo, we had such a personal experience with the staff and the accommodations. Notably, John and Luisa went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and made us feel safe in a city we were unfamiliar with and weren’t sure of how to navigate. Top notch stellar service and hospitality. The Palazzo was in a central location, with metro, subway, taxi right outside the door as well as restaurants, bars, shopping, easily accessible in a short walking distance. I had the most wonderful stay at Palazzo Caruso. First and foremost the staff are the loveliest people I have ever met. They were warm and hospitable. Helpful and accommodating in every way imaginable. They made us feel like guests in their home. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend Palazzo Caruso to everyone and will absolutely stay there again.
