The apartment has just been completely renovated, is located in Ostia Lido, Rome district of the sea. It is less than 100 meters from the beaches free or equipped with locker rooms, cabins, hot showers, umbrellas, deck chairs, bars, restaurants, spa, swimming pools and opportunities for water sports. 4 km away are the archaeological excavations of Ostia Antica, (ex port of Ancient Rome) and the center of Rome can be reached in 30 minutes by shuttle train .. Not far from the 'apartment is located on the pine forest of Castel Fusano, ideal for beautiful walks in the green or cycling or horse riding. A few minutes away from the apartment are: supermarkets, organic food store, butcher, fishmonger, local market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, medical practices, natural medicine center, hospital emergency room doctor and the train station. The apartment is equipped with: washer, dishwasher, air conditioning, heating, wireless Internet. The residence is an ideal accommodation for anyone visiting Rome and its surroundings and at the same time enjoy a relaxing stay.

Great location

This was a very nice one room flat with a nice view. The host was very helpful and friendly. Lots of shops nearby. This apartment was on the third floor so it was a workout the first day. However once settled in we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The apartment in Lido Di Ostia boasts a truly superior location. We were delightfully close to the beach, train, and an array of wonderful restaurants. The only drawbacks were the 6 flights of stairs with no lift, which might be challenging for some. However, this wasn't a major concern for us. Overall, a commendable stay and highly recommended for those who prioritize location.

Wonderful stay!

This was the 3rd time that my family stayed in Domenico's apartment in Lido di Ostia. We just love it here! It's a short walk to the beach and the train station. Easy free parking. There are shops, restaurants, cafés, groceries and markets right outside the building. This stay is so convenient! We always feel right at home. The bed is very comfortable, there is AC in the bedroom and living area, the shower pressure is fantastic, there's a washing machine and very good wifi. I couldn't find a better place to stay and we'll surely stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

Great apartment close to the beach

10/10 would recommend and stay at again. Host Domenico was fantastic! Great communication and eager to help. He met us at the property and we even got lucky and he held a parking spot for us since it was available when he called us. Very cute apartment that cozily fit all 5 of us. Air-conditioning worked great. Two minisplit systems that cooled us down at night perfectly. Clean and comfy. We loved our stay and how close to food and the beach it was. Don't pass this one up. Book it!

Belle Tite apparemment, proche de la mer, centre commercial et de resto. Pas proche de Rome par contre, pour allez à Rome vous devez prendre deux Metro, le métro pas loin à pied ça se fait bien. Ce qui es intéressant que au métro vous pouvez prendre l’autobus qui va direction aéroport Fiumicino pour 1.50 et pas trop loin. Merci dominico

Excellent stay

Stayed here 3 nights at the end of an Umbrian trip so we coulr have a couple of days on the beach and be close to the airport for an early flight. It all worked well amd the flat is a great location and well equipped as well as reasonable value. Recommend.

Wonderful property for staying if you want to get away from the busy atmosphere of Rome for a few nights. Clean, great view and the owner, Domenico couldn't be more helpful. The location is great with a short walk to the sea!! Lots of shops and restaurants. Very highly recommend the apartment as well as working with the owner.

This apartment was a charming, cheerful place to chill! And, it seemed bigger than 538sq.ft. It's also in a Great location; near restaurants, grocers, flea markets and places of historical interest. The cool seaport, beach and long, coastal pedestrian path and bike trail is also a short, walking distance away.Domenico was very welcoming, cordial and helpful. He educated us on the surrounding area. He actually had a map of the region and took the time to explain what and where things were. He didn't rush the process. He wanted to answer any questions we had. Domenico also kept communication going-via texts-to lay out transportation options. Fyi- There isn't a microwave. There is no lift for luggage; it's your muscle up the stairs.

Ostia Adventure

My husband and I stayed at Dom’s place and we had a great time . We asked if we could check in early and bc he was unable to meet us , his mom came and let us in . Which was so kind . Lots of great choices for eating and do NOT skip going to the archaeological site . The apt was super clean and a nice place to call home for a short stay .The beach / pier is 5-7mins walk and there were musicians playing and singing at the pier in the late afternoons/ evening .It was fun ! I highly recommend Doms place bc it was very clean and close to many eatery’s and lots of gelato choices . We sat out at the town square and enjoyed Cuoppa Mars ( fried calamari in a paper cone ) Weather was awesome ( high 60s) We’d def stay here again .

Perfect Sea Side Apartment

If you're going to Italy, stay here. It's much better than the stress of the big city. And you can get to Rome quickly. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Lovely stay in Ostia

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment in Ostia Lido, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful beaches and close to great restaurants and local shops. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The decor is cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage

Wir waren zu fünft dort (mit 3 Kindern) und sind mit dem Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der einzige Mangel ist, dass das Sofa zum Schlafen nicht bequem war. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer waren laut unseren Kindern bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Rom zu erkunden und gleichzeitig nah am Meer gelegen (ca 15 min. zu Fuß zu den kostenlosen Stränden). Alles in der Nähe und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar: Cafes, Restaurants, Supermarkt usw.. Wir waren ohne Auto hier und haben es nicht vermisst. Was für uns schade war ist der viele Müll und Dreck auf der Straße, wobei es genug Mülleimer gab. Wir würden es nicht empfehlen, mit dem Auto zu kommen, da der Verkehr sehr chaotisch war und der ÖPNV verlässlich,geschickt und bezahlbar ist. Der kostenlose Strand, den uns Domenico empfohlen hat, war in Ordnung, Duschen und Toiletten waren vorhanden. Domenico war ein sehr guter Gastgeber und gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
