Nice stay in Rome, near to the Vatican
We stayed in the appartement for 4 days. The hostess was very kind and communicative. The Location was very quiet and well connected. Big recommendation for a sightseeing trip to Rome.

Clean and quiet in nice neighborhood, but beware extra fees
This property was great for our stay in Rome. It is clean, well located near a train station, comfortable, and quiet. Communication with Silvia and Matteo was great as well. They were both very friendly and accommodating. The only disappointment was that they charged us €78 extra for our 4-day stay on top of what was advertised, and asked for this in cash (states this was for taxes and checking in on a Sunday). Wish we knew this in advance.

Amazing host and apartment
Our hosts were very thoughtful and helpful. Silvia provided many great recommendations for places to eat and to see. She was also very detailed when explaining and suggesting the best avenue to make it to the apartment. Matteo met us there for a very smooth check in process. The place was stocked with everything you would need. Chargers and wall plug adapters; umbrella; grocery bag; washing machine and laundry soap; tea, coffee, seasonings and oils, cookware and dishes; etc. The apartment is located very close to Vatican City, just close enough to walk or take a quick bus ride there, and just far enough to be in a quieter area. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking to visit Rome!

Great location for Two
Silvia is a great host and stays in contact regularly. Great communicator and accommodating. The apartment is small but perfect for two. It has everything you need Frig, washer, cooktop, etc. It’s not on the metro but a reasonable walk to all the good attractions. The regional railway is just steps away which is convenient for trips to Termini, airport and Trasevere. It’s close but we never heard a single train. There is also a bus stop right in front of the Regional Railway Which takes you to all the great spots if you don’t want to walk. Silvia even left us cookies which were appreciated after our long journey. Would highly recommend for two and would return if back in Rome.

Great Location and Amazing, accommodating host
Well our trip to Rome was not at all what we expected. My wife and I got very sick on our cruise and arrived to Rome sick. I messaged Silvia and asked if we could check in early so my wife could rest and try to feel better. She and Matteo were both very accommodating and worked with us so that she could get to the room and rest. Silvia also checked in with us several times to see how my wife was doing, which was very much appreciated. She even sent us a train scheduled so we were able to get to the airport easily and on time. Silvia and her associate Matteo were by far the best hosts we've ever had at a VRBO. As far as the rental itself, it had everything we needed, was very clean and cute, and had a great and safe location. We were so close to the Vatican that we heard the church bells during the Sunday service, which was beautiful. If you go to Rome and want to stay near the Vatican, get this rental. It was absolutely perfect!

A must stay!
From checkin to checkout Silvia was extremely accommodating. The location of the property was perfectly situated where it was close to everything we wanted to see in Roma. The flat was adorable and perfect for two people. We had an issue after we moved on to Florence and realized we left behind our passports in the safe. Silvia and Matteo were so helpful and understanding we had to drive 3 hours back and Sylvia had Matteo meet us so we could retrieve our passports, When we return we will definitely will be looking to stay here again.

The perfect spot for 2
This apartment was so conveniently located near food, shopping, the train, and the Vatican. Sylvia was absolutely wonderful and made sure to cover everything we needed to know. At the time of arrival, the train exit closest to the apartment was closed for construction so she made sure to arrange transportation for us free of charge and worked with our delays. Once we got to the flat, I had help with my bags and we were filled in on all we needed to know. Sylvia also sent a list of recommended restaurants in the area. It was very comfortable and we felt very safe. I would 1000% stay here again!!

Very nice stay in Rome
We wanted to experience more of the local culture for our visit to Rome so we opted to book this apartment rather than stay in a hotel. I’m very glad we did! It was a wonderful experience. The manager was so helpful giving us instructions for the train from the airport and how to get to the apartment. The station near the apartment was closed for improvements, so she arranged transportation for us to the apartment which was so helpful. The manager was very responsive to questions during our stay. The apartment is lovely and there was fruit and pastries waiting for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay
The place was cute, cozy, and comfy with air conditioning, a small kitchen, and balcony. It was easy to find, great location (near the train, but not close enough you hear it), and an easy jumping off point to explore Rome and Vatican City. The hosts were very kind, easy to work with, and even provided us some fresh fruit (a treat when traveling). Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

This apartment is perfect for one person, or a couple. It is clean, comfortable and quite cozy. Sylvia and Matteo make the check in process very easy. The balcony overlooking a green area with lots of birds, including wild parrots flying through the trees is lovely. Sylvia communicates with her guests promptly and gives very good directions for the neighborhood and to sites in the city. I look forward to another stay!

Convenient Stay
The studio apartment was very clean and inviting. The owner is very accessible if you have any questions. The rental is in within walking distance of Vatican City, restaurants and shops.( 15-20 minutes). It is a 10 minute walk to the train station. The only downside is if you are walking the apartment (along with many other apartment buildings) is an uphill walk on an uneven cobblestone street. We had a car so it wasn’t a problem. The apartment does have an elevator but it is small (can hold two adults with small suitcase at one time). Overall it was great place for our short stay in Rome.

This place is located in a great area, easy access to public transportation. There were so many great food options accessible within a 15 minute walk. I cannot say enough about how great the host was, she made everything so easy and made us feel incredibly welcome in Rome.

Beautiful lovely place
The place was so cozy and felt like in an Italian home. It is well furnished you can find anything that you need for your stay. Very clean and lovely apartment. The hostess and her son were the kindest people that we met , they gave us very useful information about the area how to get to the bus metro train restaurants. Helped us to get home and explained all the details. We were very very happy and thankful with our stay! Best host ever! Thank you so much

Great stay
We throughly enjoyed Silvia’s apparent. It was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The locations was close enough to walk to everything with restaurants and shops only a few minutes away. We loved having a balcony to enjoy breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Silvia is a fantastic host! She goes above and beyond to help her guests including providing a great guide to Rome, recommendations and she treats you like a friend. We are very grateful and highly recommended her apartment.

Great studio apartment
It was a nice little studio apartment that was comfortable and clean. The apartment is very close to a train stop and met with the property manager for check in once I arrived. Silvia is extremely nice and cares that her tenants are comfortable. She provided a quick tour of the place and advised me to reach out for any assistance. The location is near Vatican City with a 15-20 minute walk to St. Peter’s Square. There are a lot of restaurants and a couple grocery stores conveniently nearby. It’s a great place for solo, couples and friends that don’t mind sharing a bed. I had a comfortable and safe stay as a solo traveler.

Wonderful stay at Sylvia’s apartment. Very generous host who took the time to show us some “locals only” places in the city. Also made sure we made it to the apartment easily since there was work going on at the near by train station. Sylvia sent Matteo to pick us up and show us about the apartment. Above and beyond. Cozy, close to St. Peter's
We stayed here for four nights after a tour. We appreciated the pizza and orange juice waiting when we arrived! Sivia and Matteo are gracious, welcoming, helpful hosts who went above and beyond to accommodate us, both when the Rome marathon made our arrival a bit complicated, and in arranging for a taxi to take us to the airport very early in the morning. The apartment is lovely and bright, the bed is comfortable,the kitchen is well-stocked, and the washing machine was very nice to have. There's a nice cafe around the corner and a well-stocked grocery store just down the hill. Plus, San Pietro train station is only a few blocks away, and St. Peter's Basilica is about a 15 minute walk away. We would definitely be happy to stay here again when we return to Rome.

Great location and quiet neighborhood
This was our second stay at Silvia's studio. It's so easy to navigate since it is a block from St. Peters Station and Silvia is a wonderful host. perfect location for us and a very comfortable stay
We were very pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the apt felt. Had been traveling a lot and it was such a lovely treat to arrive and find pizza waiting for us! Apt has everything you'll need plus a nice little balcony. Was a very short walk to the train station but we didnt hear any noisy trains. Overall a great place and we would definitely return next time we are in Rome

Nice people nice accommodation
Silvia and Matteo were very welcoming. Great communication. Best to be on What’s App. The bed was very comfortable and the water was nice and warm. Be prepared for a small elevator if you have large suitcases. The apartment is near the top of a long hill next to the train station so be sure to wear comfortable shoes going to and from the apartment. Overall a nice spot that was comfortable and quiet even though the train is nearby. Great hosts too!
