Room was very small but comfortable, I would prefer if all hotels had a safe in the room, we had breakfast included, very nice variety and the staff was helpful with preparing your coffee, close to metro so easy to get around

Good location although a bit hard to find as it shares an entrance with another hotel. Excellent staff in the breakfast area. We had lovely custom made cappuccino each morning that best any machine made drink. Overall, staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was located close to the center and the bus and metro station were also very close by. The room was amazing. Everything was clean. The staff were very friendly. We had an amazing time. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent location, near to piazza repubblica and Train Station Roma Termini. The guy who attend breakfast area is SO Friendly. I recommend it.

We loved the area of the hotel. Our room was nice & big. They have an elevator but you still need to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the rooms. You also need to go down more stairs to have breakfast. The last day we noticed a few small ants by the step to the washroom. Forgot to tell the front desk but I’m sure they would have taken care of it right away. The woman at the front desk was great. She tried so hard to get us a taxi after it rained & they were almost impossible to find. Great location. Loved the huge door.

The bed was terrible, noisy end formed by two single beds put together. The room was very small and the bath room very old and very small. The air conditionong had a to strong smell, and we had to turn it off for this reason

customer service the lady who is there usually mornings was very nice but at nights was a Indian guy who needs more skills for his position he was very rude I almost switch Hotel because of him…other then that break breakfast was good the lady who served was very attentive the hotel is not luxury but it was quiet and very clean showers are very small needs more space a least to put your soap and shampoo but it was manageable other then that after the first night I had good stay!!!

Hôtel à conseiller.
Très bon hôtel, bien situé, l'accueil avec une personne qui parle Français très agréable, endroit très calme, aucun bruit dans la chambre, des petits restos tout près. Je conseil cet hôtel.

Os funcionários do hotel foram incríveis, tanto o rapaz que nos recebeu no checkin de noite, quanto a equipe diurna que guardou nossa bagagem para que pudéssemos passear mais um pouco por Roma! Quanto ao quarto, é bem apertado, mas o ar condicionado era excelente. Podiam melhorar o chuveiro, pois é de cortina e não blindex. Café da manhã básico, mas justo pelo valor da tarifa que pagamos. Dá pra ir a pé para estação de trem (10min) e metrô (8min). Restaurantes e mercadinhos perto são um diferencial.
