i tried to check out at 6.30am 16.11.2024. No one was there, the office closed and locked. I needed at taxi, and had to walk up the street to another hotel and had them order. left the room key under the door. a disappointment.

the rooms are too small, the AC remote was not available and we have to ask for it. The wifi doesn't work in most rooms, we have to be in the lobby to use the wifi. the staff was not friendly at all. The guy when we checked in was a little helpful.

It was very nice
It was a great stay. They let us check-in before check-in time. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty centrally located. I would highly recommend.

I want a refund but I know that the trouble it would cause me to fight for it isn’t worth it. Terrible place. Expedia should be ashamed allowing a long term platinum member read these time of amenities without fact checking them. Sorry WiFi only in lobby. I want to sit in lobby all night with my pajamas on. No tv. Dirty bathroom. Hot water was a joke.

The staff was fantastic and able to assist with various requests from calling taxi's to dinner reservations in near by restaurants. The hotel is walkable to the Trevi Fountain and many shops.

Complete dump. Tiny Shower lacked pressure and cold water only. Ceiling AC unit leaking water which dripped on floor all night keeping us awake, placed towels underneath but did not help, completely soaked them. Cracked and chipped walls, paint, counters. Rusted piping. Only positive is the location and the staff was friendly.

The only good thing about this hotel was the locatio and A/C. Rooms are very out dated, not very clean, bathroom waa okay and the beds are very hard with thin pillows. It was only 5 minutes away from the Trevi Foutain, Spanish steps, the location is perfect. Bus stops close by grocery store, shopping and restaurants area everywhere.

We absolutely loved this property!! It is located in an amazing location, so convenient, lots of food and drink options nearby and so close to the trevi fountain. There is a reasonably priced grocery store one road down. The street is honestly pretty quiet, despite how close it is to everything!

The best part of the hotel is its location. It’s close to Trevi Fountain and dining. However, staff was not helpful or friendly. We also had the A/C fail two nights and the temperature was in the high 90’s!!! Instead of being apologetic, I was questioned whether I had left the A/C running all day!! Simply horrible and not willing to help. Also, even when we asked for suggestions for dining and tours, none were given.
