Desk clerks were awesome! Location was great for sightseeing, shopping & restaurants. We loved the outdoor area though the bar was closed during our stay. Nice breakfast & brewed coffee!

Hôtel en centre ville très proche des lieux de visite. On peut quasiment tout faire à pied. Personnel très accueillant, sympathique et de bon conseil. Très marrant le coin cuisine dans l’armoire dans notre chambre triple!!!😁😁😁 Notre chambre était un peu à rafraîchir mais très bien. Un petit bémol sur la literie.... Nous recommandons tout de même grandement cet hôtel. Plutôt un 3 étoiles et demi qu’un 4 étoiles. Bon séjour à Rome

proprio al Centro.
Hotel al centro della Roma antica e della Roma dello shopping. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa con vista sul bel cortile interno (il cortile avrebbe bisogno di essere sistemato meglio). Unico neo è lo spazio per le colazioni che è troppo piccolo rispetto agli ospiti.

Una notte inaspettata a Roma a causa dell’inefficienza di Alitalia che ci ha lasciato a terra una domenica sera; scelta fatta sulla app in taxi mentre ci portava verso il centro. Bella la posizione e l’arredamento ai piani; le camere hanno bisogno di un po di manutenzione ma sono confortevoli. Ottima la colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Personale accogliente e cortese. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

the room was nothing like the pictures. The entry door of our room couldn't close so after many big pushes we managed to close it. the walls were dirty and the bathroom was not in a good shape. we asked to switch to a different room but they didn't gave us a new one. Also, my in laws stayed in a different room and they had also not a nice experience. their room had a terrible smell so they slept with the windows totally open even though was raining. not a pleasant experience!!

Not a **** stars hotel ...perhaps * or **
Needs new towels, blankets, paint .... needs new carpet and CLEANING !!! The rooms smell very bad .... needs total remodeling ! The only **** stars is the people that work in the hotel ! Look at the pictures and judge yourself....... a block from this hotel there are 2 on Via Nazionale that are *** stars and look much nicer than this one ......

Hotel e stanza puliti e carine. Unica pecca che hotel 4 stelle hanno lasciato in bagno 1 sola saponetta senza shower gel shampoo e soli 2 salviettoni da doccia. Nel chiedere al concierge gli accessori da bagno si sono presentato con un barattino Mini di shower gel ed un asciugamano , il tutto per due persone. Colazione standard da hotel ***stelle non di piu.
