I would give it 5 stars but, it was difficult to find where to park or leave your car while going inside to know where to park. The parking garage is awkwardly located, extremely narrow and difficult to turn in to.

Beautiful hotel , great location Hotel is renovated and beautifully decorated. Staff gave us an upgrade to a suite which was gorgeous on the 6 th floor. I just have to mention that we booked with Expedia but hotel contacted us directly for payment of room ahead of our arrival which we found quite unusual and contrary to Expedia policy. Besides that inconvenience, loved the hotel.

The staff was very welcoming and super nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an update property. Only thing I would change is to make sure that the TVs are all capable of having screen mirroring or having Netflix on them would be beneficial

I really love all the staff and how friendly and welcoming they all are. Super helpful as well, especially when we needed to extend our stay by one night due to the transportation strike. Definitely recommend this spot!

H10 Palazzo Galla was an amazing hotel in Rome Italy! We loved the atmosphere and the location. It was easy to walk to anything we wanted to do in Rome, and lots of food options available near by. The rooftop bar was lovely with great views of the city!

The staff was so willing to help on any requests we made, even called the airport for us as there was language barrier, as they lost our luggage, but that for another review for Swiss Airlines. The hotel was modern and clean and a good central location.
