The apartment is located in a 4 storeys building from the 1930’s with 10 apartments in total. From the windows you can admire the dome of St. Peter and the green hill of Monte Mario with Villa Miani. It was designed with double windows for soundproofing, air conditioning and independent heating. It is located 1.2 Km (15 minutes) from St. Peter's Basilica, 650m (8minutes) from the Vatican Museums, 550m (7 minutes) from the Ottaviano station metro. Within walking distance there are two supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop, various restaurants that meet all tastes and needs (even for vegans). With a ten minutes walk you will find yourself strolling through one of the most famous shopping streets, via Cola di Rienzo, then, crossing the Regina Margherita bridge you will reach the famous and central Piazza del Popolo. The house is therefore ideally located to visit the sights, monuments and museums of the eternal city. The apartment has a single room and a double bedroom, a large lounge with double sofa bed, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, wifi and air conditioning, shower and bidet.
The fee is inclusive of bed linen, towels and all consumptions.

The use of the sofa bed in case the number of beds is sufficient to the number of guests, has an extra cost of 10euro per stay.

The apartment is located in the lively Aurelio neighbourhood, the western area of the city, close to the majestic Vatican walls and the ancient Aurelian Walls. In a couple of steps, you will be able to immerse yourself in an authentic Roman neighbourhood where you will get in touch with the customs of the inhabitants of the city, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some restaurants that aren’t yet touristic like simple and tasty “pizza al taglio” and trattorias.Summing up, this is the perfect place to savour the “real” Rome without giving up the comfort of reaching the city centre and major tourist attractions.
