Apartment And Garden - Vatican City

This comfortable and bright two-room apartment has a double bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the lovely Roman climate.
The rooms have their own independent air conditioning (hot/cold) and central heating during the winter months. There is also a fast Wi-Fi connection both inside the flat and throughout the garden. You will also find a washing machine, iron, clothesline and clothes pegs.

The bedroom with double bed is quiet and overlooks the private garden. The windows can be fully darkened and you can store your belongings in the spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers. On arrival, you will find the bed ready and a set of towels for each guest. In case of need, you will find spare blankets and towels in the container behind the door.
For younger guests, a high-sided cot can be added (sheets and blankets provided) with no additional cost.

The living room is where you'll find the dining table, and you can relax on the sofa, read a book or watch your favourite series on the 32-inch Full HD smart monitor. Use your personal account to access your favourite video streaming platform. The sofa bed is available on request and there is no extra charge.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for daily use: induction hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer. You will also find a microwave, capsule and regular coffee maker, kettle and hand blender. There are plastic cutlery and crockery for the little ones and, on request, a comfortable high chair (no extra charge).

The windowed bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and is fully equipped with a shower (90x60), a washbasin, a bidet and a toilet. Soap, shampoo and a bath-shower are provided. A hairdryer is located in the chest of drawers under the sink.

The garden is spacious and welcoming. You can eat in the shade of the large sunshade awning in fine weather or cool off and relax on the rocking chair. Rome's mild climate allows you to use the garden even in the autumn months and on sunny winter days.

The flat is in a really handy spot in the north-west of Rome, close to the Vatican City, and with easy access to public transport. The Cornelia Station, only 250 metres away, provides easy access to St. Peter's Square, the Spanish Steps, and Termini Station. Additionally, there is a bus stop just 100 metres from the flat, allowing for convenient travel to attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, and Via dei Fori Imperiali. In terms of facilities, several hospitals, including I.D.I., San Carlo di Nancy, Cristo Re, Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli, and San Raffaele, can be easily reached from the flat. Oftalmico Eye Hospital, Ergife Conference Centre, and Roma Link University are also within easy reach.
