The apartment, located on the first floor with an elevator, is near Piazza Fiume/Piazzale di Porta Pia in central Rome. It offers a bedroom with a double bed and an armchair bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is situated in a central, safe, and luxurious neighborhood with many restaurant options and excellent public transport connections. There are 15 bus lines within 150 meters and the metro is only 600 meters away. Monuments, the university, and the Umberto I Polyclinic are easily accessible.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to five people and is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a washer-dryer, a large wardrobe, and a dedicated smart working area. High-speed internet access (fiber Wi-Fi) is available free of charge for guests.

The accommodation offers you convenient and well-organized access. I will do my best to welcome you in person, but if necessary, you can access the property independently by following the instructions I will provide before your arrival. Within 2 hours of check-in, we need to meet briefly to verify the documents, which I kindly ask you to send me before your arrival. An important aspect to keep in mind is that guests will have exclusive access to the apartment, without having to share it with others. A set of keys will be provided at check-in, allowing exclusive access until the departure date.

Nearby, you'll find many tourist attractions, including Villa Borghese, Rome's most beautiful park, just a ten-minute walk from the accommodation, and the Spanish Steps, reachable in a twenty-minute walk. For those arriving by car, there are several 24-hour secure parking options nearby, with the closest parking located just 100 meters away on Via Mantova. Additionally, one of the best gyms in the city, Virgin Active Roma Via Mantova, is only 100 meters away, right across from the parking area.

For arrivals from Leonardo da Vinci Airport (Fiumicino), you can take the "Leonardo Express" train directly to Termini Station. From Termini Station, you can take bus number 90 for two stops and get off at the "Porta Pia" stop. Alternatively, a taxi service is available, taking only five minutes. The accommodation can also be reached with a 15-minute walk. If arriving by car, there are covered parking options just 100 meters away, or street parking with different rates (white parking is free, blue costs about 1.50 EUR per hour).

Regarding the payment of tourist taxes (which in Rome amount to euro 6 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days - children under the age of 10 are exempt) and for the registration of your personal data (mandatory for your registration) you will receive a specific link, which we kindly ask you to use before your arrival in the apartment, and which will allow you to carry out all these operations online.
