Brilliant, spacious apartment. Loads of local shops nearby and only 10mins to metro line. Fantastic communication with hosts and really nicely decorated inside. Would definitely recommend!

Good place for a family stay
we were seven people of different ages. there are two double beds and three single beds. apartment and kitchen well equipped. veranda with a large table, you can eat breakfast there outdoors. quiet neighborhood, close to a market, bakery and pizza. 12 minutes to the metro and 3 minutes to the bus.

Our family enjoyed staying here while in Rome, there was plenty of space and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Everything we needed while we stayed,. A grocery store very close, a great bakery but the best was having the gelato store across the street! It was a bit of a distance to the sites of Rome but the bus stop is close and we figured that out, Thank you ! We would stay here again if in Rome.

Everything you could need just perfect
The apartment was a great find in a good location nice and quiet and easy to get to all the sights without needing to be right in the centre where it was really busy , apartment was clean and had all the amenities you need comfortable beds and large showers outdoor space for sitting out in the sun or in the evening enjoying the stars , fabrizio was an amazingHost he was so friendly and helpful whenever I contacted him he replied promptly on watsapp recommended a place to eat for when we landed at 8.30pm and even allowed us to check out late , also a great feature was 2 sets of keys so we could split up and not need to worry who had the key and wifi is a great feature also would definitely recommend and stay again

Fantastic flat
This is a great apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. The apartment had all the amenities needed. I had to work at night and there was a desk in one of the bedrooms that allowed me the privacy to do so. The neighborhood had all the shops you need with a gelato shop directly across the street. The bus and metro were a close walk as well which we used a lot.

Excellent choice!
The place was clean and ready, very spacious and comfortable with lots of light that provided pleasant stay. Each room was individually air conditioned and both showers were warm with good flow of water. Owners communicated all details in advance and were so helpful during the stay. The best is that city bus no 628 stops right in front of the door, which is what you really want after a long day of discovering attractions of Rome. There are a good chain store for daily needs, a fresh fruit shop and a bakery and a restaurant all less than 100 steps away. Metro station is 10 min away. Highly recommend this place and will choose again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the appartement, it was really nice, the location is great. Easy acces to the city centre. The appartement was clean and had a good outdoor space. The only thing that botherd us was that the appartement was not suited is for 6 adult people. Two of us had to sleep on the sleeping couch in the living room, the couch is not oke to sleep on! The matras was to tin, they instantly had back pains. To our oppinion the appartement is great for 4 people. The discription on the website made us think it was oke for 6.

Short stay in Rome
It was just an okay property neighbors made you feel very unwelcomed with the exception of the restaurants across the street. I would honestly think twice in the future if we come back to get another vrbo. For some strange reason every 15 minutes there is a sound or a noise I would just wake you up because it sounded like a train was going by or there was construction somewhere in the area. If you are coming to rest this is not the place I'm sorry the host is excellent but the location is not.

Accurate description of property, maybe a liitle too far from the centre but if you are mobile and the weather is good its an enjoyable walk with plenty coffee shops etc en route one thing I would say thogh is DO NOT USE the cab company suggested by the host. The cab wasn't at the airport upon our arrival we had to wait almost an hour, the driver insisted that we pay for the return journey in advance but didn't turn up, wouldn't answer calls and didnt try to contact us. We were probably naive but the message is why do the hosts suggest using this cab company, they must know the reputation by now. 😔 😡

Merci pour ce logement. Bien équipé. Le bruit sourd des voitures qui passent sur la route au dessus du logement n'est pas trop dérangeant. Le canapé lit n'est pas très agréable pour des grands ados. Très bonne réactivité des propriétaires lors des demandes. Séjour parfait avec de très belles découvertes.

Great Visit to Rome
The pictures and descriptions are a fair representation for the property. The location is a short distance away from the hot spots, which worked out great, allowed us to find a couple restaurants that were off the beaten path. Grocery store is down the street, train station is just under 15 mins away which made getting to the touristy places easy. Communication was easy and quick. And Fabrizio allowed us to check-in early in order that we could drop off our luggage. Would be happy to stay at this location again.

Location très bien équipé décoré avec goût , un plus avec ces 2 salles de bains pour 6 occupants , emplacement idéal pour visite Rome , arrêts de bus à proximité de 100m à 2 mn à pied 20 mn de trajet pour rejoindre le centre , métro à 10 mn à pied.
