We had issues with billing that made things difficult and the owner was not the easiest communication wise. Here are my ratings out of 10.
Mattresses - 2, very hard
Pillows - 2, very firm
Outside noise - 8, very quiet street
Inside noise - 1 LOUD construction noise right over our room right after 8 am, also our neighbors talking/using kitchen late at night
Shower - 6 half a glass panel, window on ground level, shower handle holder is loose so you can't adjust it
Bath - 10 nice deep bathtub
Kitchen - 8 access to dishes which is nice. No oven.
Hair dryer - 8 very good
Reception - 7 the cleaning lady is very nice and did her best to handle reception duties with some English. I was able to get in late at night thanks to talking to owner on Whatsapp but he didn't respond to texts so I called him. There was a struggle with paying at the end.
Breakfast - 6 pre-packaged dessert pastries, milk, juice, yogurt, fruits
Cleaning - 10 day two we had linens re-tucked and fresh towels put in
A/C - 8 works but it's cyclically loud
Window shades - 10 electronic full blackout shades
Location - 8 pretty close to bus stop on foot
Our biggest problem was payment. The receptionist was on and off the phone with the owner who kept breaking up, probably on vacation. The computer showed I had paid, but I wasn't sure as I already had issues with Expedia not honoring "Pay at Stay" at other places. I had to check every bank account I had but I had not yet paid. She took my payment and we then left.
