Domus Ricca Termini

Completely renovated apartment 100 metres from Termini Station. The location of the house will allow you to reach all the most important points of Rome in just a few minutes. The Colosseum and Roman Forum, the Vatican and St. Peter\'s, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, the Circus Maximus and other important sites are all reachable in 10 minutes by metro or bus.

The house is on the fifth floor with a lift and can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, one double and one larger one with a double bed and a single sofa bed, two bathrooms with showers, a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, plates, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher.

The apartment has heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet connection, bed linen, towels, washing machine, dishwasher and hairdryer, ironing board and iron, TV in all rooms.

Near the house there are all kinds of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias and everything you might need during your holiday.

The location of the house will allow you to reach all the most important points of Rome in just a few minutes. The Colosseum and Roman Forum, the Vatican and St. Peter\'s, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, the Circus Maximus and other important sites are all reachable in 10 minutes by metro or bus.

For arrivals between 8pm and 11pm, there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11pm check-in is not possible unless previously agreed and subject to availability.
Tourist tax of €6 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10) to be paid in cash on arrival.

For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity and gas are paid separately based on consumption.
A refundable security deposit of €150 in cash is required for long-term stays, fully refundable at check-out.
From the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, you can take either the train (from Fiumicino) or the bus (from Ciampino) to Termini Station, and then the house is a 2-minute walk away.
On request, a transfer service with a driver (with a car or van) can be provided to take guests directly from the airport gate to the apartment.

Well situated apartment in a great location. Walking distance to sights, good food, transportation, and Rome Termini train station. Clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds. Good A/C. 5th floor with a very tiny elevator to go up and down. Took a little bit of time getting the bags up and and down the long climb. Not a big deal though. Def a great place for 5 people.

Fantastic stay
Such a gorgeous authentic Italian apartment. Only problem was 1 shower was blocked so couldn't be used. Close to the Termini and great local restaurants

Appartement bien placé
Appartement spacieux et bien placé, proche de la gare et du métro. Pour les bons marcheurs on peut tout faire à pied, du colisée au Vatican. 2 salles de douches bien pratiques quand on est plusieurs.

Great place
Very convenient to travel all over Rome using Roma Termini. Very clean and comfortable. Other reviews complain about the elevator. Don’t listen. The elevator is small but works very well. Thanks for a great stay.

The place is a short walk from Termini station (maybe 3 minutes from the platform if you know your way), spacious, clean, good for 2 couples. It is in the 4th floor and the elevator is for 3 adults or 2 adults plus luggage. That was fine for us.

Everything in the description was accurate. Great location next to the Termini train station made it easy to access from the airport. Only a 10-15 minute cab ride to the city center & there are plenty of rideshare bicycle stations close by. Also, plenty of cafes nearby. A/C was nice and cold. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment in great location
Great apartment in a brilliant location. Less than 5 minute walk to Termini (trains, metro, buses). Termini also has loads of little shops, including a pharmacy, cafes, and Co-op food store (only 2-3 minutes away). Apartment was quiet and very well equipped. Kitchen equipment was fantastic. We loved the little balcony. Two bathrooms was very helpful. Communication with owner and check in was all very good. We found a great little restaurant (Ristorante Pizzeria Andrea) close by - turn left out of the apartment, and then first left down Via dei Mille. Lovely food and great service.

Propriétaire sympathique appartement propre et soigné avec tout le confort. Malheureusement de fortes odeurs d'égout dans une des 2 salles de bain ainsi que le bruit de la pompe à eau jour et nuit dommage!

The apartment is fully redone and very clean!
Loved the location, close to the train station, buses and little restaurants! The apartment has been redone and I has everything you need! Sitting area is in one of the bedrooms. The bathrooms have been redone as well! I would definitely stay there again!

Schöne Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen
Tolle Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt beim Termini bietet eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Termini. Am Bahnhof hängen natürlich abends schon seltsame Typen rum, aber das ist wohl weltweit so und ich habe mich nicht unsicher gefühlt.

Great apartment 1 block from Termini Train station
We were checked in personally by Nina who was super sweet and welcoming. The apartment is spotless, bright, and fully stocked with everything you may need for a pleasant stay. It is close to the Termini Train Station which is nice if you will be traveling around by train or need to get the the airport early. There are buses that go directly to the airport from the station for about $8. The area does get a bit dark and sketchy at night therefore I would not recommend staying here if you are staying a long period of time. There are other neighborhoods that feel safer at night and are more lively.

Spacious and clean
We loved the location of this VRBO. Being that close to Termini meant that we could hop on the metro or bus (or train!) and be anywhere in Roma in minutes. The apartment is open and spacious. The linens were well stocked. The kitchen was a great size and had what we needed to cook a few simple meals. We frequented the Co-op that was at Termini station for all of our food needs. We all slept well each night as it was quiet. Would stay here again!

El perfecto lugar donde volver despues de paterse Roma
El apartamento ha sido de lo mejor de nuestra estancia en Roma. Cómodo. Limpio. Fresco. El aire acondicionado 10! . La WIFI 10! Cerca de todos sitios, Termini, Metro y autobuses. El entorno es como el de la Estacion de Atocha, variopinto y al principio, un poco intimidatorio, pero es un lugar seguro. Tiendas a cinco minutos. Estuvimos seis dias, 2 adultos y tres niños y ha sido el perfecto lugar para volver y descansar despues de pasar calor y enfrentarse a una ciudad francamente sucia. Utiles de cocina ,lavadora, nevera, lavavajillas ect en perfecto estado. Camas muy comodas. Lo único que hemos echado en falta es que la casa tenga algunos pocas cosas, de poco valor, pero de gran ayuda: detergente para la lavadora, sal, aceite y azucar. Por lo demas, el trato y atencion de Nina... un 10!!

Francesco is an amazing host!
Due to the severe lack of rain there was an issue with the apartment we had reserved. Francisco immediately contacted me and offered 2 wonderful alternatives. He was very helpful and accommodating and always available to answer our questions ... I would highly recommend renting any of his units if you want to experience "real" Rome rather than a tourist spot.
