Amazing place to stay
This apartment was wonderful in every way. The location is excellent with lots of amazing cafes and bars close by. It’s in a very popular and trendy part of Rome. The host amazing and looks after us very well. The property itself is full of character and I would highly recommend it. Thanks

Rome experience
Great stay. Location was perfect as it was convenient short walk to many sites and to train station and Metro. Room well kept in historic building. Sylvia was very informative and friendly. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

We had a warm welcome from our host who was very helpful. The apartment was beautiful, had loads of character to it and was very spacious and bright letting lots of sunshine and fresh air in. The location was perfect and close to all the sights of Rome. We had an amazing time.

Best location
Amazing stay, clean, spacious just as prescribed. Location was the best part!! It is minutes/walkable to everything we need to visit and it is not suuuper touristy where it is surrounded by people. Surrounded by great food, drinks and It is just the right amount of quiet, authenticity and just close enough to get to where we wanted to go. Host very responsive and very helpful! Romantic location
This is the perfect spot to visit Rome. Walking distance to everything (colesseum is 10 min walk). Our host was in good contact and the apt is so gorgeous and romantic. I wanted to stay longer.

Amazing Rome and architecture
Beautiful flat in an amazing historic Palazzo. We picked a fantastic place to stay. Loved the young and hip area, full of nice food and drinks places and within 7 min walking distance from the Colosseum and many other nice places. Excellent location!
Location is perfect, 10 mins walk to everywhere, neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Silvia was very nice, letting us check in before time. Apartment is large, but space is not well used. Beds are awful (both are sofa beds, very uncomfortable). May be good for a couple of nights, but no more. There is no sofa for resting after long walking days, you can only rest in bed, so you are not dying to get back home after the day. Bathroom could use some improvements, bad smell comes from WC. In general, good for a weekend, not for more days.

Au cœur du Rome historique
L’appartement est vraiment très chouette… Avec ses beaux volumes et ses grandes fenêtres, on se sent dépaysé… Il est également parfaitement situé pour explorer le centre historique et la Rome antique… Le quartier est très sympas, avec de nombreux bars et restaurants !! De plus Silvia est très accueillante et prévenante… Attention toutefois si vous avez le sommeil léger la ruelle en contre bas de l’appartement peut être bruyante les veilles de week-end et jours fériés… et la literie n’est pas top ! Mais l’expérience reste très positive pour toute la famille !! Nous recommandons de séjourner chez Silvia !!

Well located but noisy
We wanted to stay for two days on our back trip from Apulia but just could tolerate one night. Our host is a very friendly person and the appartment is locateted in a central and atmospheric part of the city - but besides that we had not a pleasant experience. The windows of the main room are located above a small alley. No traffic - but you can hear the noise of the nearby restaurant or partying people at many times a day (or night). Unfortunately the windows are not soundproof at all. We didn't get much sleep. There is friendly staff for the tidying - but especially the bath needs better upkeep. At our stay it was moldy and had silverfishes. Also the add mentioned a pool, which was not present or at least not available. We left a day early and didn't get a reaction yet to our complaint.
