When I went to go check out. They did not allow me to use the washroom. I asked them to call a cab and the girl told me they cannot do that. Very horrible staff. I will not be staying here again

My partner and i arrived at Domus 21 Luxury Suites in Rome on the evening of 7/15/24. I had conveyed to the property that i would be arriving late per their instructions. Great communication, they sent me an email letting me know how i can obtain my keys once there. The room was nice and perfect for a couple, it was clean and the amenities were great. The only reason why i gave them 4 stars is because the air conditioning system was set at 16 C and we were going through a heat wave. The room would heat up very fast. the restroom was cooler than the actual room. We did let the person in charge know, super handsome Italian man, very friendly and courteous. He did advise us that he would have someone take a look immediately. We went on about our day and when we got back, he apologized for the inconvenience and said that the air seemed to be working fine but that they could not lower the temp from the set temp. He offered a fan which was placed in our room. While that helped, it was also very humid. Other than that, this is truly a 5 star hotel. I would definitely stay with them again. They are also centrically located near major landmarks within walking distance. I had a very pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location to walk to all the sights. Staff was lovely although not there all the time. Room was nice and great AC. An iron, water, coffee was provided daily. Our bathroom pocket door was difficult to close all the way, but otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Everything was great, the location was awesome to walk to everything. There was a first foyer with security at the door so safety was wonderful. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful with the luggage, assisted with tourist questions and walked me to my taxi to assure I was all set. Great stay and great staff. I would absolutely give this place a solid 4.5. If they fix some minor things, it truly would be 5 stars. The staff, the location, the amenities are amazing. The rooms show a bit of wear and tear that could easily be addressed. If those were fixed, I’d give it 5 stars.
