Cozy Cute Modern Tennis Wifi Pit Broad Berry Pets

Our private retreat has been completely renovated with ample space for relaxing and entertainment perfect for hosting you and up to 5 of your best friends and family. We also have a partially fenced backyard(3 sides). The exterior includes a grill, fire pit and enough room to let the pets out!

Our 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house has 2 beds and a sleeper sofa.

Living room: Queen size sleeper sofa

We are pet friendly. We have a $100 pet fee per pet per stay.

This home includes a kitchen featuring soft-closed cabinets and drawers. It also features stainless steel appliances-- stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer. The house is equipped with 1GB WiFi designed to support all of your group's devices.

Entertain on the front porch, back deck or the fire pit featured yard. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Each room and the living room contain Smart HDTV. Additional guest amenities include a dedicated parking space, self-check in, and outdoor patio entertainment space.

Quiet neighborhood but need to be aware there will be 4-5 trains passing through throughout the night. ear plugs and white noise machine were provided but would have liked to have know prior.

The house itself was very clean, new, and had nearly all we needed. There is a loud train that runs by right behind the house throughout the day and several times at night we did not know about until we arrived.

The house is very cute & clean. When we got there the back porch was covered with leaves due to a storm that had passed. We understand that things happen & took it upon ourselves to clean it off so we could enjoy the back yards greenery. The property manager had sent us a bottle of wine for graditude & to show his appreciation. The property manager checked with us to make sure we didn't need anything & if everything was okay. If we had a question it was answered immediately. When staying anywhere in Rome you have to ubderstand that it is a railroad hub for transporting containers of goods. There are 4 seperate rails that run thru out all of Rome so no matter where you stay you will be somewhat effected by them
