THE APARTMENT

Le Sibille Holiday Home, an apartment with large terrace, just a short walk from the Colosseum, in the Rione Monti and bordering on Rione Esquilino.

Th apartment is located in plain city center, on the first floor with lift in a building from the 1800s, near the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and less than 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum.

Children up to three years are free and enjoy free two cots and two high chairs.

The apartment offers the comfort and intimacy of a private house, has:
1 double bedroom, double or triple;
1 bedroom with a queen;
living room;
kitchen equipped with utensils and crockery;
bathroom with shower;
large private terrace.

The house is equipped with Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating, fans.
Final cleaning is included.


CHILDREN

Children are welcome, the apartment is ideal for families and usually they are very happy.
We have two cribs and two highchairs, included in the price, suitable for children from 0 to 3 years of age. Please let us know if you need it.
In the kitchen there are a mixer and a mini-pimer useful for blending the baby food.


CLEANING

The final cleaning is included in the price.
If you need it, you can book an extra cleaning service during your stay (not included in the price).


SELF CHECK-IN

Check-in is always treated and attentive, even when it comes to self check-in.
At your arrival you will not encounter the owner, but you will access the keys to the apartment through a numeric code.
We will provide you with all the necessary logistic information, including where to do the shopping, where to consume typical Roman dishes, the best ice cream, the market, where to spend an evening with friends or where to go for a special dinner, of all a bit.
We are available and we can be present if the guest needs it.

The access code will be communicated to you following the identification and payment of the Rome Tourism Tax.

Perfect Location
This was the perfect apartment for our trip to Rome. We were able to walk to all of our destinations. The apartment also stayed fairly cool despite the warm weather. We did have a little challenge unlocking the door but Valentina was very quick to respond and once we figured it out, it went smoothly thereafter. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great apartment
Wonderful apartment with fantastic location! We really enjoyed our stay and it was very quiet. We had planned to do most of our own cooking while staying there. We couldn’t find a chopping board in the cupboards and some metal cooking tools (spoons) would have been good addition, but overall it was fine and we were still able to cook. We do hope to stay here again in the future.

Nice apartment convenient location, clean and tidy.However not to level you expect at a premium price! Shower needs looking at. IE shower head needs to be able to be hung up and a place for toiletries. The photo of the patio is nothing like what you get. You are extremely overlooked so much so that it stops you from sitting out. No cover over the veranda as in the photo which would give some privacy.

Spacious apartment in a nice location
The apartment is spacious and clean. It is on a quiet side street in a nice location. It is very close to a wonderful food market, and not far from a lovely park, where you can walk right by the Baths of Trajan on your way to the Coliseum. There’s also a little cafe there you can get a Spritz and watch the neighborhood kids play soccer every afternoon. Communication was very good and Valentina could not have been more helpful. We arrived early, and with the lock box key, she allowed us to get in and settled a couple hours early. She also let us keep our luggage there after checkout time. The only drawback, for us, was it is an interior apartment, facing other apartments, so there is no street life view, including the terrace. It also means there’s no direct sunlight. But if you spend most of your day exploring Rome, that may not be a problem.

appartement consacré à la location , un peu sommaire notamment au niveau de la cuisine , de la salle de bains et de la terrasse, plein de petits détails montrent que l'appartement se dégrade peu à peu; Appartement parfait pour 4 ou 5, bien que sombre car situé au 1° étage, notamment la terrasse a quasiment jamais de soleil . Valentina est très aimable ,elle répond immédiatement dés que se pose une question, mais on ne la voit jamais. La situation, la terrasse , ainsi que l'ensemble de l'appartement ont tout pour un être un lieu magique

A Relaxing Oasis Close to Rome's Biggest Attractions
This is the perfect place to put your feet up and relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. We spent much of our free time lounging on the unusually large private terrace (and the living room is comfy too). The apartment doesn't have air conditioning but our charming host, Valentina, provided us with fans that kept us comfortable. Because all of the rooms open onto inside courtyards, there is very little traffic noise from the street. It was so quiet, we were able to leave the windows open at night. All of the beds were very comfortable and had reading lamps on each side. Valentina was very welcoming and helpful, answering our questions and recommending neighborhood restaurants and where to get the best gelato. Staying in her lovely apartment greatly added to the pleasure of our five days in Rome. We would definitely stay here again!

Good location with a great terrace!
Valentina was extremely responsive before and during our stay. Our flight arrived early in the day, and she let us leave our luggage while her staff cleaned the apartment. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of a subway station. It is spacious with two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, and 3 sofas in the living room. You could live out on the terrace, it is beautiful with many plants and seating for 6. We prepared breakfast in the kitchen and it had ample amenities. The bathroom is small but sufficient and there is a washer just off of the bathroom (outside) but we didn’t use it, so I can’t speak for that. We visited Rome at an absolutely terrible time; it was very hot. Unfortunately the apartment does not have air conditioning, but it was not listed as such, so I’m not complaining about the property, just the fact that we chose a terrible time to visit Rome!! Aside from the heat, we were very comfortable here and Valentina was absolutely delightful to communicate with and she made sure we were well taken care of!

HAPPY in Rome!
The apartment is spacious and the elevator is a huge plus. The beds are comfortable and the sitting area and tv are perfect. The outside patio has the table and 6 chairs and that’s about it. It is not the garden scene as pictured. Also, there is a 3.50 EU charge per day per person. Apparently it is in the fine print on the listing but we missed it! So we were scrambling to come up with the fee to leave the night we left. They were very nice about it, but I think it would be great to know! The best way to the metro is out the front door, turn right, then turn right at the corner and keep walking straight (up the hill and across the main street and keep walking). Short walk! There is a GREAT gelato store close. Out front door and turn right, right at corner, immediate left, 2nd right! On the corner! Grocery store and pharmacy close too! Valentina was very nice, attentive and helpful by text!

Great host and the house was perfect!
Valencia met us and answered all of our questions. She gave great recommendations for places to eat, we loved the Golden Fork! Beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of sitting space in the living room. The place was clean and tidy. The location was good, only a short walk to the train station. We would stay there again.

The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. It’s clean and much larger than we expected. Not very fashionably decorated. Someone spread sheets over all three sofas, which gave it a rather odd look. I do recommend it, especially for a family with young children.

Overall was great. Wished they would have provided a small map or written details for restaurants, directions from train station checking out, grocery stores in the area. (i.e. turn left when you exit go one block turn right blocks etc). I suggested a “booklet” since after traveling for 20 hours with no sleep it was hard to concentrate on the details given us when checking in. Valencia indicated they had started on this the day after I suggested it. Accommodations were as pictured except for no coffee table in the sitting area which made it difficult to sit there to enjoy a glass of wine when it began raining outside! Fabulous terrace! Great kitchen supplies spices cookware except no wine glasses! The previous renter probably broke or took them! We would definitely return since we now know the area and Valencia handled things very well-although we never met her. Enjoy a terrific area of Rome.

Fantastico!
Charming apartment, close to lots of sites. EXCELLENT restaurants everywhere (except Rocco...don't waste your money there). We were told by an American ex-pat tour guide that the area where our apartment was, is one of the best for shopping and eating. Definitely true. Our specific landlord was awesome. We had need of some medical information and we asked her to help us and she totally came through, on a Saturday no less. You can't see it in the photo, but there is a terrace off the living room. We ate our breakfast there every day, and it was the best thing about an already great apartment. Relaxing to hang out there, cool breeze to offset Rome's heat. Wonderful experience. Do be sure to have extra Euros on hand if you get in after 7PM. They (reasonably) charge to be available later in the evening to let us in. We didn't have any Euros, and it was a bit of confusion, but all worked out in the end. Valentina is a wonderful hostess, her apartment is clean, close to lots of things and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
