100 steps from the Colosseum, in a late 19th century building, completely restored and finely furnished apartment located in one of the oldest and most characteristic neighborhoods of the UNESCO World Heritage city. Quiet and quiet.

Private accommodation for tourist purposes (Law 431/98 art 1 comma 2 lett c) completely restored, bright, quiet, equipped with two bedrooms both finely furnished and equipped with every comfort: double beds with memory foam mattresses, soundproof windows, LED TVs of the latest generation, air conditioning and WI-FI. Kitchen with small fully equipped balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, fridge / freezer, iron, ironing board, glasses, dishes, pots, etc. Living area with double sofa bed, latest generation TV, air conditioning. Bathroom with thermo-heated shower. The apartment is equipped with autonomous heating system with computerized temperature control system.

Neighborhood Overview: The central location makes this apartment the ideal base for exploring the city. Walking a few meters you will reach the most important archaeological areas, Colosseum, Imperial Forum, Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps ect

How to move: A few meters away from the apartment you can find services of every type and for every need from the pharmacy, several supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pubs, a small local market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables and season. sports lovers will find at their disposal a "Hard Candy Fitness Colosseum" club owned by Madonna. The neighborhood is well connected by public transport either by Metro or by bus, but I'm sure you will want to stroll through monuments, historic alleys and churches all within walking distance.

Other things to keep in mind: To reach my apartment I suggest arriving at Termini Station then take the Metro Line B to the Colosseum stop. From the stop the apartment is only a few minutes walk away. From Fiumicino Airport to Termini Station I suggest: • The Leonardo Express, a no-stop service that connects in 32 minutes, leaves every 30 minutes (departures every 15 minutes in the most busy times) First departure from Fiumicino Airport 6 am 38 and last 23. First departure from Rome Termini 5:50 and last departure 22:50 The ticket price is 14 euros;

Fantastic stay in a great neighborhood
Ideal location for our family of 4 within sight of the colleseum. Lovely, well-equipped apartment. Christina was an excellent host. Our kids enjoyed gelato every night at Il gelato di Costanza, a short walk from the apartment. Easy access to the metro and Roma Termini. I could have spent another week in the city, but grateful for the visit we had!

A nice stay. Served its purpose.
Would give this place a 3.5 if I could. The apartment was clean and in an excellent location-steps from the coliseum and around the corner from our son studying abroad. We really hade a nice visit to Rome. Our only issue was the very sporadic Wi-Fi connection. It made communication with our tours and car service to our next stop extremely difficult. And after a long day of sightseeing it was frustrating to not be able to relax and watch a movie because the router continually failed.

Nice apartment close to Colosseum.
Very nicely decorated clean apartment. A small walk away from the Colosseum. Many restaurants to choose from at your doorstep. The City Centre is a short 5 minute taxi ride for those who didn’t want a walk. The only inconvenience was the 40 plus stairs to navigate as there is no elevator. Otherwise we appreciated the amenities of the apartment and its location was great. Thank you.

Perfect Location, and great apartment!
The location is perfect, just a block away from the Colosseum. You will find a supermarket, pharmacy, Luggage store, great restaurants, pubs, Cafe, gelato, Taxi Point, and everything you need within a block's distance. The subway is around three blocks away. You can also walk to the main Rome exciting points. The apartment was spotless, and the check-in and check-out process was easy—perfect beds, blinds, and window shutters (if you like a dark room to sleep). The neighborhood is very safe (the police station is close) and quiet at night. The kitchen is very well equipped. Cristiana was very communicative and helpful with my questions before and during my stay. I would definitely come back with my family.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Cristina’s place. The flat was decorated really cute and was big enough for my husband, 2 kids, and I. The place is so close to the Colosseum, Metro station, restaurants, and small market. Cristina was very friendly. If you have a hard time climbing stairs don’t stay here. We didn’t have a problem but, there no lift and you will have to go up and down stairs every time. I would recommend this place and if we ever go back to Rome we would stay there again. Thank you

The place is beautiful, it had everything we needed for the stay and we were greeted on time with all the details needed. We arrived very late at 12:00am but yet she was there for us pointing to the open restaurants or supermarket around the corner which was fantastic for many needs. Lovely apartment centrally located for all the major tourist sites in a quiet street near the Colosseum. It has everything you need to self cater and good restaurants near-by if you want to eat out. The grocery store is just minutes away and open 27-7.

Stunning location
Beautiful apartment within a few minutes walk of the colosseum. Cristiana was there to meet us and give helpful information. Plenty of restaurants within few minutes walk and well stocked supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Little noisy at night as you would expect but blown away every morning/evening by being able to stare at the colosseum :)

The property was very nice and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The drawback were the 42 steps to get to the second floor flat. We had an exchange through text and I was told it was about 15 steps. Suggest you travel with minimal luggage. The bathroom was clean but it had evidence of hard water soap scum on the shower door. The second bedroom mattress had a dip and one side was firm the other was like a hammock. Overall it was a nice experience.

Great find in Rome!
Great 2nd floor apartment in Rome close to the Colosseum. This gem is walking distance to the Colosseum and many great restaurants. Two good sized bedrooms plus a fold out sofa - all very comfy. Easy check in and lots of great info was left by the host.

Gute Ferienwohnung mit sichtbarer Abnutzung
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine top Lage und ist im großen und ganzen auch sehr sauber. Lediglich ein paar Oberflächen waren dreckig, da sich im Appartement einfach zu viele Gegenstände und Oberflächen befinden können nicht alle perfekt sauber gemacht werden. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Heizung ist auf 18 Grad gestellt was unseren Aufenthalt im Februar relativ kühl gemacht hat. Es waren zwar konstant 19 Grad, jedoch ist das zu niedrig wenn man nach einem langen kühlen Tag in seine warme Wohnung will. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das mag auch am italienischen Standard liegen, als Deutscher ist man da einfach keine Löcher in der Wand bei Heizungen gewohnt. Dies stört jedoch nicht großartig, da man trotzdem wunderbar Urlaub machen kann. Abschließend würden wir wieder das Appartement buchen jedoch empfehle ich dem Host die Heizung ein bisschen wärmer zu stellen.

schickes Appartement in der Nähe des Kollosseum. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Kaffee, Tee etc. Nette Restaurants und Cafes direkt in der Strasse. Abends sehr schön, tagsüber von Touristen überfüllt.
