it is clean and tidy. It has a balcony to enjoy fresh air. I wish i had stayed in Rome longer. I will stay in the same hotel when next i travel to Rome

Very good overall.
Check-in was quick. Alena at the front desk was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable. She pointed out good places to eat near by. Rooms were clean. Good water pressure. Hot water was very hot (I like hot shower). Grocery store around the corner, TIM cellphone store 5 min walk, metro station 15 min walk. Vatican 10 min walk. Check out was very slow. It took 25-30 min for a guy at the front desk to do whatever he was doing.

Very very noisy, we were awakened every night several times. you don't have toilet in your toom, you shared it with the others people.

We had a blocked sink for a full day and overnight. The plug was stuck and it took 24 hours for them to come and fix it. Bit disappointing.

This room was very large, the shower was nice, and there was a mini fridge in the room. The main complaints I have were that the bed was not comfortable and the room I was in was directly adjacent to the front lobby. The lobby people / guests could be easily heard and I wasn’t able to sleep well. At some points I wanted to ask if they could talk quieter. It seemed inconsiderate.

Great charming hotel in a beautiful area. Nice enough rooms with good ac.Little but of a walk to the metro. Very near the cattle and a pretty easy walk into center Rome. Grocery nearby.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Being on the ground floor wasn’t ideal as it meant you couldn’t open your window when you were in the room due to the shutters/ noise.

The staff was great. The only complaint was with the water in the room. Anytime another guest used water anywhere there would be wild temperature swings while showering. Other than that everything was as advertised and very pleasant.

Great place but no reliable WiFi
Great property in a great location. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Of course downside would be no elevator but we managed. The Wi-Fi did not work at all for our entire stay and when we were able to connect, it was too slow to even do anything. This was the only disappointing part of our stay.

Stayed here 10 years ago when sold as hostel and hasn’t changed since but now billed as a hotel. Incredibly noisy, other guests banging on doors in the night, broken toilet seat, not enough towels and just tired tired rooms

Not great!
I was bitten by ants in the room as I slept - if I had read the previous reviews I would have realised this was a problem and definitely not booked here. To be fair to the hotel they came straight away to clean the room when I reported the problem. There is no free area bus as advertised on hotels.com and the beds are like bricks. Great area but terrible hotel.
