Nicely decorated with antique and contemporary art and furniture, suitable for 3 or 4 persons, third floor (with elevator) of a charming 1928 small luxury building, surrounded by trees and gardens, in one of Rome's best neighborhoods. It has one small room with a twin size bed, a master bedroom with a king size bed, a lovely living room with dining area, separated kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Amenities include air con, heating, smart HD TV, DVD,, iron and board, dishwasher, washer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, wifi high speed internet connection. Kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and towels are provided.

The area is world famous for its ancient village-like streets and it is full of traditional restaurants, bars and pubs. It is itself one of the city attractions.

The apartment is at walking distance from all the most popular sites and it is very well serviced by public transportation. Within a five minutes walk you will find 4 supermarkets, many food stores, a big wine shop, an organic food store and an open air market. The exact location is via Filippo Casini.

We spent almost a month in this property and were sad to leave. Paulo (our host) was fantastic in making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location can not be beat for access to Rome. We would walk down the street every morning and have a bite and espresso at Bar Glorioso (we felt like family). I can’t recommend this apartment high enough.

Great property!
The property was wonderful, and set back out of the hustle and bustle! If that’s what you are looking for stay here! If you are not a walker then it’s probably not the e right location unless you do not mind rideshares :)! The AC was great, and all the accommodations were perfect! It fit our family perfectly!

Perfect location
If you like walking, you can reach most anything you want to see from this location. Trastevere was fun and full of energy. And you have a quiet oasis to return to at night. We could not have picked a better location.

Had such a fun time at this property. Up and coming neighborhood with fun shops and great restaurants. Felt very safe and was able to get around to see all the tourist attractions on foot. Great location.

Great Location
There was great communication with the owner on how to get to the apartment and how to get in. Francesco explained the apartment amenities to us and had some tips on transit in the city and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were grocery stores in the area.

Pleasant apartment in a lovely location
Comfortable, clean and convenient property which was honestly presented on the website. Initial concerns about the size of the second bedroom and the shower and the minimal availability of cupboard space were soon negated by the overall presentation of the property and the location.

Cute area
The apartment was cute! Loved the antique look, and being surrounded by gardens and greenery. Good location! Does require a bit of walking but it was enjoyable and we rode scooters. Main complaint is that it could be cleaner. It’s due for a thorough deep cleaning in each room.. it wasn’t terrible but I expected better. (Couch covers, shower, etc) Also there is currently scaffolding blocking views shown in the listing in all rooms besides the bathroom. I wish I would have known this beforehand.

Apartment in Trastevere
Excellent location for evening walks to restaurants, cafes and bars in Trastevere. 5 mins from the Basilica Santa Maria. 30 mins walk to The Collesuem and Trevi Fountain or 10mins in a taxi. The location was excellent and Paolo the host was very helpful with our check-in. The apartment accommodated 4 adults and was clean, quiet and in a good neighbourhood. A great start to our travels around Italy.

Comfortable space in a quiet neighborhood
The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean and the tall windows let in lots of light and fresh air. The neighborhood is very quiet and we alway sleep with the windows open. The number 8 tram is very close and we used it every day for the short trip to the Venezia stop. There are quite a few good restaurants in the area and a supermarket near by. The unit has a washing machine, which is great, since we were there 15 nights.

Lovely Apt in a traditional neighborhood
My family of four stayed in Paolo's apartment for five nights. It is away from the tourist crowd in a lovely residential neighborhood, but within 15 min walk to downtown and 1-2 blocks to bus stops. We enjoyed our daily stroll in the neighborhood and to local cafe and market. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, with two bedrooms and a futon. Our teenagers were happy to have their own beds. Thanks, Paolo, for such a pleasant stay in Rome.

Intro to Rome in Tratevere
We enjoyed our stay in Trastevere — the beds were very comfortable (on the firmer side), location is quiet & residential, beautiful greenery, & relatively convenient to bus routes., although we walked everywhere. Would stay again. The elevator is tiny (2 people) & the bathroom would be a tight fit for a large person. One step up inside it, with a dark floor, took us a day to get used to — but very good water pressure in the shower! Good local restaurants & Otaleg gelato. :)

Long ways from Rome central
Nice condo. Bathroom is a definite issue. No closet in the main and not enough space to live easily out of a suitcase. Difficulty closing windows so keeping the space cool was a challenge. Grocery and amenities are a long distance away and lots of uphill walking back. Difficulty getting cabs so used Uber which is quite expensive. Quiet neighborhood except for the construction on the building that started at 7am everyday.

Overall a great place . . .
The apartment was very clean with a comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. It was in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the tram system. The one issue we had with this places is that the shower is very small. I am 5' 0" and medium build, and my husband is 5'8" with broad shoulders. It was like taking a shower in a phone booth, and the shower leaked a lot of water on the floor. The next day I didn't shut the door all the was so that the seam of the door was actually draining in the shower. That stopped the flooding of the floor.

Trastevere is the best!
A wonderful apartment in a very cool neighbourhood! Trastevere was delightful to come back to after a day of sightseeing thanks to its laid-back atmosphere, patios, and great restaurants - away from the craziness of the more touristy parts of Rome. The apartment is large, super clean, and quiet. We walked to certain attractions (e.g. Pantheon, Trevi Fountain), other times we used a taxi (Vatican, Borghese Gallery) which we found surprisingly cheap (use the Free Now app). We had everything we needed and Livio, the person who gave us the keys and a quick tour, was very nice. We had a few communication issues on the day of our arrival, but that was entirely our fault because of problems we were having with our international SIM phone card. The host and Livio were very accommodating despite everything. I absolutely recommend this apartment.

Great location
We stayed here for a few days during the heatwave of July 2023 and it was HOT outside but in the apartment it was wonderfully cool due to the very efficient air conditioning in the lounge room. The apartment is on the 2nd floor but there's a lift which is useful if you have heavy bags, which we did. The accommodation is in a great location, only a 5-10min walk to all the fabulous restaurants that are in abundance in this area. It was also a great location for getting around Rome. We walked to attractions like The Trevi Fountain from here, and even to The Colosseum and The Vatican. If walking isn't your thing, it is very easy to hop on/off buses, we used google maps to assist with timetabling. It was easy to hop on a bus to the terminal to get a train to the airport. You can buy bus tickets at the local shops. Don't forget to activate your bus/train tickets or you risk a fine. We were very happy with the apartment, location and our overall stay in Trastevere, and would highly recommend staying here.

This place was great, I highly recommend it. Paolo and Carmen were great to work with, very helpful with all our questions. The place was exactly as described. It was a very convenient location, Trastevere was a very safe and nice place to stay. Our family of 5 walked everywhere, to the Coloseum, the Pantheon and to the Vatican. It might be more walking than most people like, but we liked seeing the sights along the way. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioner worked great. It was 95 degrees while we were there, so it was nice to come home and take a siesta each afternoon before going back out for dinner. There are two bedrooms, one with a double and one with a single and then in the living room the couches pull out to a large single each. My three teenage boys were very happy to have there own beds. Kitchen was small, but well stocked with supplies, even had a dishwasher. The location is up on a hill overlooking garden. We slept with windows open and the fresh air was very pleasant. Wonderful apartment, in a lovely area.
We have a most enjoyable stay in Rome, Paolo's apartment was very pleasant, the shower room is a bit compact, but we were fine with that. The area is great, with fun shops and restaurants, and within walking distance (we are keen walkers) from all the sites. Would stay there again! Paolo, many thanks to you.
