Good value for money in a central location. If you're expecting 5 star, pay 5 star.

Rome September 2018
The room was extremely small for furniture, had to turn sideways to get past bed and suitcase to go to the bathroom. Hairdryer in bathroom was held together with sticky tape. The bedspread was threadbare along pipping, should have been replaced along time ago. Accessible power outlets were too hard to get too. Breakfast was ok, but dining area was dull and not friendly. Hotels tourist tax was treble any others I had stayed at in the whole of Italy which didn’t seem correct. On the overall area was handy to transport which was good for me. Still had a few stairs to deal with, which I didn’t like.

Ok place if u do not spend lot of time in ur room
Staff was friendly and helpful especially in showing customers where to go in stone and even gave us discount cards for local eateries but amenities could use upkeeping like wifi which was in and out. Air conditioning management said was not on full capacity since summer was over and room was dusty. Possible bed bugs in blanket as my wife had skin rashes. Television was outdated. Breakfast was ok.

Decent hotel, close to the station.
The staff were nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom were a little bit scruffy but it was totally fine for the price.

Charming hotel walking distance to Termini Station
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the station. What a lovely surprise! The hotel was charming and in a great location. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

Cheap dingy hotel next to train station.
One staff member was nice, the rest extremely rude. Wireless did not work, TV did not work, plaster on our ceiling from a repair, cracks in the walls, mild in the shower, sink leaked, overpowering smell or air freshener pumped into the air vent in our room, dirty walls. We found another hotel ASAP after one night here and despite telling the hotel staff about issues like the wireless, there was ZERO effort made at correcting them. Hotel management is not in the building but through a separate company. Desk manager would not provide contact details except to Expedia. After calling 3 times no one answered and Expedia kindly helped us stay somewhere else. Don't waste your money.

The worse hotel I have ever been
Arrived midnight and was given a tiny room next to the main entrance and just opposite the reception desk. The walls were dirty, the bathroom had some shampoo sachets in a plastic disposable bowl, and the worse of all, there were ANTS IN THE BED. There were noises from the entrance since 4 in the morning, and even I could hear the reception guy coughing as if he were inside the room. At 5 am after being unable to sleep I had to come out to ask for another room to which I was told in a very rude manner that there were not more rooms available. Next day, when I came back around 3 p.m. I found the door of my room unlocked. Also, breakfast was very poor, not enough cutlery although we were very few people.

The Grandeur that was Rome
Good 3 star hotel. Listed as 4 star but has decayed from that rating. Close to train station, very nice breakfast, and friendly staff. Small shower, terrible internet and lots of steps. Classic conditions for Rome.

Stars mean nothing...
This hotel is at most a 2 star hotel. If you think of it in that mindset, you'll be fine. The rooms are old, worn down, with few to no outlets for charging. But the shower was HOT (good) and the location to the train station can not be beat. Daily breakfast is perfectly fine, and actually beats a lot of 3 - 4 star hotels in Italy, not sure why someone would complain about it.

Note sure how the hotel received 4 star rating
Really small room, very minimal facilities. It seemed like a two star hotel in US

Nice stay in Rome
Me and my wife stayed for three nights. We could sleep well and the breakfast was sufficient. The hotel is close to the terminal from where it was easy to take the bus to all attractions and the train to the airport. Just remember to stamp your ticket before entering the train. Otherwise you have to pay 50 € extra.

OK for a night
10 minute walk to the train station with luggage but a longer walk to more of the tourist destination. Rooms were very small and dated but suitable for a short stay. Breakfast was served in a basement like room and there were limited options.

This hotel is a nice place in close proximity of Termini station, a supermarket, laundry mat, bike rental, restaurants, and within walking distance of several of the main attractions in Rome.

Good hotel close to Termini
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was a bit on the old side, but it was clean. I didn't have wifi in my room, although being on the top floor may have been the reason. Breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but a perfectly adequate continental buffet. The best part of the hotel was the proximity to Termini station for either the Metro or transport to and from the airports. The Airport Buses (e.g. Terravision) park on the eastern side of Termini so they're very close to the hotel. I'll give extra points to the hotel for the fact that they printed out our bus confirmations and they stored our luggage on the last day.
