Renovated and air-conditioned apartment with a living terrace centrally located on the third floor of a period building with a doorman and a tree-lined courtyard a few minutes walk from San Pietro / Musei Vaticani. 150 meters from the Lepanto metro station and 50 meters from the taxi station. Bus stop in front. Free WiFi (fiber optic), washing machine and iron. Apartment composed of: living room with 2 single sofa beds, 2 double bedrooms with TV and Sky, 2 bathrooms with shower, living terrace, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and coffee / moka machine / American coffee including waffles and blend for American machine. Lively area, full of restaurants and bars, with market on the corner and 2 supermarkets in front. Possibility on request of private car garage in the immediate vicinity.

Great apartment in excellent location
The convenience of the location was wonderful! Grocery store across the street, cozy bar 1/2 block away, morning market in the alley below provided wonderful fruits and vegetables! The outside covered terrace area made a great place for wine and conversation. Donata was very thorough in giving us information and directions and quick to respond to questions. Apartment was compact with a great use of space, making it seem much bigger! This is a place we would gladly return to!

Fabulous apartment with excellent facilities
This was a spacious apartment with excellent facilities in a beautiful building. Beds were comfortable, check in was excellent with loads of advice, balconies were great. All 4 of us who stayed here would not hesitate to recommend it for 2 couples or a family. Tbank you Donata for a wonderful stay in Rome.

Donata met us at the door, and gave us a tour of the apartment, and a number of helpful hints and advice about our visit to Rome. The apartment was gorgeous, super comfortable, well appointed, and the terrace a lovely place to spend a Roman afternoon.

Loved our stay here! Very spacious and close to the Vatican. We also walked to Trevi fountain (30 minutes) and the Colosseum (50 minute walk). Donata left great restaurant recommendations too!

Couldn't have been better
This is the perfect apartment for your stay in Rome. Close enough to everything, with taxi stand and metro stop nearby, but a quieter neighborhood for restful nights and evenings. The apartment is well stocked, has firm and comfortable beds, and a wonderful host. You'll love it here.

A treasure find for a stay in Rome!
We loved everything about this property. It’s beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. The terrace is an absolute gem. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Donata’s advice was also very helpful for us. She is very well organized and we appreciated her tips on dining (especially the local specialties) and sightseeing. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

A great place to spend a week in Rome
From to initial contact with Donata to check out our visit exceeded our expectations. A lovely, modern apartment in a charming older building with elevator, balconies and garden provide the perfect place to spend a week exploring the Prati neighborhood with its charming trattorias and proximity to the Vatican, Bourgese, etc. An A+ value.

The apartment is so clean, so spacious and beautiful you could not want for anything more… everything you need is there, it is within walking distance from so many wonderful things in Rome, perfect! Donata is a wonderful host! She met me outside the apartment and gave me tons of info on things to do in Rome. The apartment was clean and plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 child. Great property and even better host.
Our stay and host, Donata was fantastic. Communicating was great, Donata met us at the front entrance and had a very good check in and are information for us to navigate our stay in Rome. The property is close to the Vatican so a metro or taxi ride was necessary to get to the old town. Donata's apartment was clean, and as described, and check out procedures were clear. We would definitely stay again and loved Donata's hospitality and information on where to eat and what to see in Rome.

Impeccable Apartment
This apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Donata was a lovely host and provided us with lots of good information of where to go, what to see, etc. We walked everywhere from here...Vatican, Colliseum, The Forum. If you're not up for all the walking, the Metro is very close and bus/taxi station right out front. Highly recommend this place.
