100 sqm apartment completely renovated: air conditioning, heating, soundproof windows, fully equipped modern kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with tub), brand new mattresses and pillows and air conditioning. It can accommodate up to 5 people.

The apartment consists of 2 large and comfortable double bedrooms (1 triple and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and balconies. It is located on the sixth floor of an elegant building with a lift. CIR code 9448

It is located in Via Gallia, in the center of Rome, near the Colosseum, the famous Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the Baths of Caracalla, the FAO headquarters, the Circus Maximus, the Bocca della Verità and the Via Appia Antica with its ancient Christian catacombs.
The neighborhood is lively and trendy: you can enjoy the beauties of Rome, and at the same time go shopping (there are many shops, restaurants) or relax in the park of the Ville Celimontana and Scipioni.

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be, great location, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. About a mile from the colloseum and more “tourist” areas. We enjoyed the veranda and size of the home. We stayed with our 2 older teens and there was plenty of space for all 4 of us. Lovely welcome gift! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Family apartment in a beautiful area

We very much enjoyed our stay and lived the area. There were fantastic restaurants and grocery stores very close. The apartment was very clean and Rosanna was very kind and helpful. All the family pictures were a nice touch. We would recommend this property and stay here again.

The perfect Rome get away!

I highly recommend this apt for your long or short trip to Rome. The host was ONE OF THE BEST HOSTS I've had the pleasure of working with. Her communication was top notch, she had snacks, beverages and gave us a lovely tour of her home. Location was great, with plenty nearby, and the city just a short walk away. It was a GATED property so we felt very safe AND there was an ELEVATOR which always comes in handy when traveling. The double bathrooms, and balconies were such a lovely added element and the unit itself is quite large!I cannot recommend this apt and this host enough. It was an absolutely wonderful vacation Thank you so much!!

A great stay in Rome

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Rosanna was a great host. The place was clean, located well and had amenities close by. The only issue we had was that the wifi didn’t work outside the living room for us.

Great Apartment*****

This is a lovely place to stay for a family or group, close to the colosseum. The location is perfect to see Rome and the Rossana is a lovely person, who can be relied upon, if there should be any problem. The kitchen is wel equipped (tea, coffee, milk, juice, cooking essentials). Small balcony for aperitivo. we relly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. Very spacious, clean and equipped with the the necessities one would need. Rossana was a wonderful host - meeting us on arrival, giving a tour and information on the apartment and also giving suggestions on the surrounding area - restaurants, train and bus. Nice location with local eateries but within a good walk from Rome sights!

Good property that had everything we needed. Hostess particularly welcoming to her family apartment. And kept in touch regularly to ensure everything was going OK. Nearby restaurants offered loads of choice in a friendly environment.

Excellent Place to Stay in Rome

The property is in a great location, within walking distance to bus stops and metro. The apartment is very large, and clean, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a clothes washer. We stayed for 3 weeks, so having a washer was absolutely necessary. Rossana was a great host and promptly responded to messages. We had a great time staying at Rossana's place. Highly recommend.

Wonderful weekend base

Lovely spacious property for 4 of us, 2 couples. Greeted by a Rosanna at the door and shown around the apartment. She'd even arranged our airport transfers and kept in touch through our stay. Rosanna shared her family history which was special and was really helpful with local info. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The area felt safe and there are good shops for supplies. A brief 15min walk to the Colleseum and sites. Great location.

Great stay in less quiet area.

Our host checked us in personally and gave us a history of the apartment. Pride of ownership is very evident. She left snacks and drinks as well (including wine!). The place was spotless and worked perfectly for our family of 4. The area was nice and quiet. Our last night we took an evening stroll to the colosseum and were surprised how close it was. Metro stations not far either.

Apartment is old but in very good shape beds are comfortable air-conditioning works well. Everything is there you can cook has a small terrace. I did not meet the owner, but I did meet her representative. She was very nice and trustworthy.

well-equipped holiday apartment with attention to detail

The holiday apartment was furnished with attention to detail. What you need is really there. The kitchen is well equipped. The check-in went smoothly and the fact that we were there earlier wasn't a problem. The Owner welcomed us warmly and gave us all the important information. Also where you can have a good meal ;-) Shops are right around the corner and the bus connection to the sights is also fine. I can only recommend this holiday apartment.

Wonderful local Roman neighborhood

What a perfect place to begin our trip in Italy! Rossana was a wonderful hostess, the property clean, spacious and in a charming neighborhood. The apartment is on the 6th floor with 123 stairs but a lift is available. Rossana provided many instructions tailored for our interests and budget. There was a lovely restaurant below open daily all day for cappuccino, pastries, plates and even a buffet option. I will certainly recommend this to friends looking for a calm and friendly neighborhood experience.

Beautiful family home

This was a beautiful family home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also had a washer, which was very much appreciated. The kitchen was very well equipped, and a nice gift basket left by the host. There were two balconies, but we only used one of them The view was excellent. The host was very gracious and treated us with the utmost respect. She graciously allowed us to leave our bags early and come back at check-in time. I cannot recommend this home enough.

This apartment is a beautiful mix of old and contemporary. Incredibly spacious and clean. Rosssana met us at the apartment and gave us a thourough expanation of the place. She supplied many food and beverages as well as giving us a special Italian gift. Take advantage of her kind offer to arrange transportation for you. The kitchen has an "American" coffee maker- a nice surprise! Close to taxi stand and a grcery just a block away Comfy beds and nice towels. 5 star experience!
