100 sqm apartment completely renovated: air conditioning, heating, soundproof windows, fully equipped modern kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with tub), brand new mattresses and pillows and air conditioning. It can accommodate up to 5 people.

The apartment consists of 2 large and comfortable double bedrooms (1 triple and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and balconies. It is located on the sixth floor of an elegant building with a lift. CIR code 9448

It is located in Via Gallia, in the center of Rome, near the Colosseum, the famous Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the Baths of Caracalla, the FAO headquarters, the Circus Maximus, the Bocca della Verità and the Via Appia Antica with its ancient Christian catacombs.
The neighborhood is lively and trendy: you can enjoy the beauties of Rome, and at the same time go shopping (there are many shops, restaurants) or relax in the park of the Ville Celimontana and Scipioni.

Wonderful Roma Apartment

Excellent Place to Stay in Rome
The property is in a great location, within walking distance to bus stops and metro. The apartment is very large, and clean, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a clothes washer. We stayed for 3 weeks, so having a washer was absolutely necessary. Rossana was a great host and promptly responded to messages. We had a great time staying at Rossana's place. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay
The property was perfect for our group of 3, comfortable and clean, the balcony was great. The neighborhood was the highlight, shops, bars, eateries, Metra is a short walk and the buses are right there. Rossana helped with maps and recommendations, couldn't have asked for more.

Charming spacious apartment

Nice location with local eateries but within a good walk from Rome sights!
Good property that had everything we needed. Hostess particularly welcoming to her family apartment. And kept in touch regularly to ensure everything was going OK. Nearby restaurants offered loads of choice in a friendly environment.

Holiday Home in Rome
The most fabulous place we have rented. It is a large apartment in a nice neighborhood. The host Rossana is a pleasure to work with. This is the second time I have stayed here and would again.

Loved this property + Rossana!
This place had everything we needed. It was fully stocked with charger converters and Rossana even left some snacks and drinks. Very lovely place! It was a little bit of a walk to the tourist areas but still manageable and felt really safe walking around.

Very convenient and classy location: close to the center, but without crowds. Great spacious apartment, very well equipped. Rosanna left us lots of food and and a nice bottle of wine. It was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Charming home in good location
Great place with lots of charm. Rossana is a wonderful host. The home is only a 10 minute walk to bus and metro lines. We mostly used the metro. Grocery store and restaurants close by as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment at Via Gallia, Rome
The apartment was large enough to accommodate 2 couples easily. It was conveniently located near bus routes, the Metro, and only a 20 minute walk from the Colloseum. Our host Rossana was very helpful with any needs or requests. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay in Rome!

well-equipped holiday apartment with attention to detail
The holiday apartment was furnished with attention to detail. What you need is really there. The kitchen is well equipped. The check-in went smoothly and the fact that we were there earlier wasn't a problem. The Owner welcomed us warmly and gave us all the important information. Also where you can have a good meal ;-) Shops are right around the corner and the bus connection to the sights is also fine. I can only recommend this holiday apartment.

Beautiful family home
This was a beautiful family home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also had a washer, which was very much appreciated. The kitchen was very well equipped, and a nice gift basket left by the host. There were two balconies, but we only used one of them The view was excellent. The host was very gracious and treated us with the utmost respect. She graciously allowed us to leave our bags early and come back at check-in time. I cannot recommend this home enough.

This apartment is a beautiful mix of old and contemporary. Incredibly spacious and clean. Rosssana met us at the apartment and gave us a thourough expanation of the place. She supplied many food and beverages as well as giving us a special Italian gift. Take advantage of her kind offer to arrange transportation for you. The kitchen has an "American" coffee maker- a nice surprise! Close to taxi stand and a grcery just a block away Comfy beds and nice towels. 5 star experience!

Wonderful Roman experience!!!
Everything about our stay was excellent. Rossanna was such a gracious host. She arranged for transportation from the airport and was there to welcome us upon our arrival. She gave us a tour of the apartment and provided us with some very valuable information about the neighborhood. The entire apartment was wonderful with a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. We would highly recommend Rosanna’s apartment.

Perfect get away from the crowd
What a perfect place for a family of 4 ! Luisa greeted us and showed us around: there are many restaurants, groceries and bus stop near the apartment. Subway is 12-15min by foot. The welcome gift basket was appreciated: it was our first dinner in Rome. We met Rosanna on our check-out day and we’re glad we could thank her in person. Definitely would come back again ! Ciao :)

Great apartment and very reliable host!
We had a very nice stay in Rome in the apartment! The kitchen was equipped very well, so you can easily cook and enjoy a coffee on the balcony! Rossana was a very helpful host and made our stay very comfortable, as everything that we needed was available in the apartment (adapters, hair dryer, washing machine, 2 espresso coffee makers). The location was very quiet and the beds comfortable. It was great that the pick-up service from the airport to the apartment worked so well and that the driver was very reliable. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome and hope to come back some day!
