This property is more spacious than I anticipated. It is really close to Termini. Single woman traveling alone, I wouldn’t recommend hanging around the neighborhood after 9pm. Lots of dining options and choices.

Property was great! Location was accessible to the metro and to the train station! The owner communicated via WhatsApp which was extremely helpful and communicated with us well in advance.

Although there were dozens of tv stations, we couldn't find one in English, or English closed captioning. 2 pillows, not one for me would have helped with my neck pain.(Usually hotels provide 2 pillows per person. The safe was locked, and so I couldn't use it to store our money or passports. Couldn't figure out how the fridge worked. It was plugged in but never got cool. Overall the hotel was good value, with minor issues.

The room was clean, Marco met me when my flight was late. Just the area is a bit dirty and lots of people with their hands out. To be expected by a major train station, but if you're travelling alone, please be aware. The location is convenient for trains, buses and metro. Just a little hard to find as there's no sign on the building. Enjoy your stay in Rome!!

Just what was needed
I was looking for a place close to the train station that was safe, very close by, air-conditioned, a good bed, and a good bathroom. This place provided all of those things. I would stay here again.

Convenient location close to Termini. The area is not the prettiest in Rome (dirty) but inside the building and in particular the room was quite clean. I have travelled 30 days around Italy and this camera offered the simplest breakfast of all I have had (although it was communicated at check in): one coffee and one croissant, served at the counter in a shop three blocks from the room. Massimo did an effort to make our stay comfortable allowing another internet connection (since the standard was not working in our room) and getting us extra shower gel sachets (since inly one sachet was available in the room for two persons at check in)

This was a great little quaint room for reasonable price for the length of our stay. Very easy walking distance from Roma termini even with luggage. The area has a lot of graffiti, but we felt safe over there. Breakfast at Santa Maria Osteria was good and staff there friendly. Power to the small refrigerator was cut each time. We had to leave the room because a key card is required to enable the power to the room. That is only downside of our stay as we had food that should have been kept cold.

Should not be listed as a hotel. The accommodation itself was nice and very clean. It is a multi-unit vacation rental and difficult to find and get service. I was lucky to find the phone number in the original email and had to help the next people who arrived after we checked out.

Convenient for our purposes which was an overnight stop between train and airport. Although it was a partial floor of a typical old Rome bldg., the room was spacious and comfortable. It would seem you have to be accurate in your arrival time as someone comes to meet you and let you in, always a bit disconcerting to us oldtimers. Nice bathroom

Avoid it !
All negatives unfortunately. Check in starts at 10 according to website, when informed I would be arriving at 11 the guy replies at 12 it's easier for me. I told him I have a meeting at 12 and he never replied. I had to call to say I must go at 11 and he accepted. The building is in a dodgy are but I knew that so it's fine. The room was quite poor, duvet dirty. 2 tiny shower gel envelopes and a quarter roll of toilet paper. Noises all night from upstairs and buzzer keept on ringing until 2 in the morning. Next day no room serviced even though i left the sign after 10 as was asked, just went out to get the breakfast includes in a nearby bar. The rude waiter told me you have to have it standing ! More, WiFi did not work at all, ideal for a busines trip! Also the tap on hit kept closing by itself so took cold showers with the hand soap considering the aumonut of shower gel provided. There could be honestly be more to say....but I'll stop just avoid it

Location is awesome as it is very close to Roma Termini. Breakfast was simple having coffee and croissants. Those croissants were superb. one suggestion to the owner is to provide toiletries. overall happy with the stay.
