"Skyline" is a luxurious and very bright 180m2 penthouse, with two large terraces, furnished with great care and elegance just a few hundred meters from the Vatican Museums and the Cyprus underground station.
Equipped with all comforts, it consists of five bedrooms (1 double, 1 double / twin bed, 2 singles with possible second bed, 1 single) three bathrooms (two with shower and one with shower and tub), a laundry / ironing and, above all, a very large 'living'. The living area, separate from the sleeping area, is an indisputable strength of the house, which occupies the entire fifth floor of the building. It is an 'open space', surrounded by large windows, which houses large sofas for relaxing, a large dining table, a TV corner and the kitchen, equipped with everything you need.
The apartment, very quiet, has independent heating, air conditioning in all rooms and free wifi. It can accommodate up to 9 people and is also particularly suitable for families with children and / or teenagers. Two of the 5 bedrooms, in fact, are equipped with toys, stuffed animals, books, board games ... for a holiday that takes into consideration even the little ones and the moments of pause between one visit and another of the city.
Finally, on hot days it is possible to enjoy two large and panoramic equipped terraces.

Beautiful and spacious home
This was a beautiful, spacious home with all the comforts of home. My only complaint is that we could have used more keys for the size of our group. You need the key to exit or enter the property, so we had to really coordinate our comings and goings.

Awesome apartment.
What an amazing apartment, and Valeria is an awesome host. We could not have hoped for a better place to stay during our visit to Rome. So conveniently located but also out of the chaos. Excellent restaurants, bars and gelato just around the corner. Easy to get to public transport and supermarkets. Valeria's apartment is amazingly well equipped and if you are travelling with a family you will have everything you need. Thanks Valeria for a wonderful stay.

Spacious and beautiful! It’s a 10 min walk to subway but uphill on way back. Terrace and views are beautiful. Helpful to know: Owner is great and helps with taxis. There is no dryer but clothes line. You need to pay Tourist tax in Euros /cash when you arrive which for my family added up to € 200. It’s a nice neighborhood with nice market. Relaxing and so enjoyable after long days of sightseeing. We loved it!

Beautiful Accommodations & Gracious Host
Loved being able to come back to the apartment after a day exploring Rome and surrounding area to unwind with a glass of wine on the terrace as we visited about our day. Comfortable and spacious for our family of 5 adults. Valeria was welcoming and took the time to show us how things worked. She also offered suggestions on where to go and helped arrange transportation to the airport for our departure.

Lovely apartment with plenty of room for the six women in our party. Very interesting and original decorating by the owner which made us feel at home. It was nice to stay in Rome outside of the tourist areas. Very relaxing.

A truly five-star property
This beautiful fifth floor condo is modern, quiet, secure, and the best home base we could've hoped for during our week in Rome. We so enjoyed the amazing sunsets while relaxing on the spacious terrace almost every evening. Comfortable beds, nice linens, and a well-appointed kitchen with plenty of room for our party of five adults with room to spare. Very clean, well organized and the decor is beautifully and carefully curated. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier and the host even helped us schedule transport to the airport for our early morning departure. I could not recommend this property more to friends or family wishing to visit the Eternal City. Many thanks to the host for sharing their home with us!

It is a lovely, well supplied condo with shades for light control and a lot of tv options. The metro and bus were a little too far for us to walk in temperatures in the 90s, but it was a friendly nieghborhood. Only the toaster and coffee pot need updating. Everything else was terrific. Even the sunny laundry room dried our clothes in hours. I am now in an elaborate place in Athens, yet I miss being in Valeria's comfortable home.

the neighborhood cannot keep up with the apartment
A comfortable and stylish apartment in a less inspiring neighborhood. It is better to Taxi or Uber wherever you go; the graffiti and odorous trash bins that decorate most of the adjacent streets do not inspire walking tours.

Valeria’s beautiful and comfortable home was such a pleasure to stay in.
This was a great way for three mothers with their three teenage sons to start a trip in Italy. Valeria’s tasteful home in Rome is a delight to stay in. We truly appreciated the residential neighbourhood of Prati and every morning chatted up local food merchants to get wonderful produce, cheese, bread, mortadella and the like and spent our afternoons experiencing la dolce vita. It is a home away from home and a much needed refuge from the tourist hustle and bustle of Rome. It is the best short term rental I have ever stayed in. It was equally lovely meeting Valeria herself, if we lived in the same country, she would be someone I would definitely invite for dinner. Valeria, if you are ever in Montreal, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Spacious, Light and Airy Apartment
Our group of friends spent 3 nights in Rome after hiking the Via Francisco for 6 days. The apartment served as a wonderful place to relax and unwind. We cooked dinner one night in the spacious kitchen and spent every evening enjoying the view from the Terrace. We even saw fireworks one evening. There were shops and restaurants nearby. The Metro was a 10 minute walk away and was easy to use. We were a group of 10 and having comfort able, roomy space for us all to enjoy was a huge plus for us. We hope to be back!

Wonderful apartment, odd neighborhood
The apartment is fantastic. The inside is spacious, clean and updated. 5 stars. The outdoor patio is large with an awesome view. Neighborhood… Maybe my expectations are too high but the neighborhood was dirty with a lot of graffiti and garbage. But we felt safe and it was a very quiet area. Lots of restaurants and small grocery stores. It’s a very hilly area so bring some good shoes. Metro station and commuter train station within a 10 minute walk. Kinda felt like the owner forgot about me prior to checking in. I had to call Vrbo for assistance to get some direction on how to check in. It all worked out in the end.

Nice Neighborhood Apartment
We really liked the apartment, it was well stocked and spacious. We were able to cook in the kitchen and took advantage of the rooftop patio when it was cool enough to be outside. The location was fine for us, we used the bus and the metro for trips further afield. Yes, there are a lot of up hill walks but we just considered it a way to work off the gelato. It would be a difficult location for someone with physical limitations, but for our group of adults and children of pretty typical ability (no athletes) it was just fine. There were plenty of shops nearby for provisions. It was very hot during our stay (95) but we were able to open the apartment up in the evenings and got some nice breezes. The AC is very helpful but as in most properties we have stayed in in Europe it isn't as chilly as American AC - but having it at all is a plus. Fans to increase airflow would have helped a bit as we found the city too noisy to sleep through with the windows open. That is really the only criticism we had, other wise it's definitely one of the nicer places we have stayed in our travels. I would definitely book it again and recommend it.

Huge, comfortable apartment
My family of six spent three nights here to explore Rome. The location is lovely, in a quiet neighborhood yet with shops and restaurants nearby. We chose to use the metro rather than buses, for ease and it was about a 15 minute walk for us. The apartment itself is fantastic. We have stayed in many VRBOS over the years and this was one of the best equipped we have had. Everything we needed was there and everything was in good condition. Comfortable beds and seating areas, plus the large terrace, were lovely to have after a long day of walking. We loved this apartment and would happily return!
