The room was small and the curtains and floor all had stains on them. The bedding also had red stains on the duvet cover. The room was very warm and the air con didn't seem to work. The bathroom fan would not switch off so that ran all night. There was no plug for the bath and the bath tap didn't work. Service in the restaurant was very slow on the first night and the fish was pretty horrible. Service was much quicker on the second night though and I just ordered chips but they were good!

Hotel excelente, limpo , café da manhã muito bom, os funcionários atenciosos; porém um pouco distante de estações do metro e uma única linha de ônibus perto. Porém valeu a pena ficar no hotel.

Water uit de kraan zijn een paar druppels, de bad kan je niet gebruiken. Warm water duurt 10 min voordat het uit de kraan komt. Ontbijt was echt slecht.

Personale molto cordiale
Complimenti per la disponibilità del personale in reception: moldo disponibili, gentili ed attenti. Per essere un 4* ci si aspetterebbe un bollitore con caffè e the in stanza...sarebbe sicuramente apprezzato. Il costo del ristorante per le porzioni è forse un poco alto. Pulizia Ottima Camere accoglienti e spaziose.
