Great place to stay!

This apartment/loft is so cute! So close to the colosseum and the train station as well as many other great places to visit in Rome! It was very easy to find and the host had great communication about check in/check out. Many great amenities such as a stocked coffee maker and shower products and the place was very clean and ready for us when we got there. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend!

Heaps of character in a great location.

Property and location were perfect. Our host Sylvia was incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of her way to ensure our stay was easy and enjoyable. She also allowed us to store luggage after check out which allowed us to explore more of Rome.

Great apartment

Well located for easy access to most attractions, with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants nearby. The apartment is set in an old building with unique character and was perfect for our brief stay. What made things better was our host went out of her way to make things as easy as possible for us.

Visit to Rome

Spacious accommodation with nice bathroom and good shower. Welcoming host and good communication from Mr Dinesh (we arrived quite late on a Sunday evening, but he was there to meet us). Great location close to main city attractions - colloseum, forum, etc. but still nice and quiet. Also nice seating area outside. Coffee provided and toiletries Sofa bed downstairs, had to ask for linen. WiFi a bit hit and miss.

Host was so welcoming and property has an amazing history. Very convenient area, walkable to colosseum and all kinds of places. Very comfortable room, beds, air conditioning. Small interior balcony and shared courtyard. Kitchen equipped for basics, linens baths and floors very clean but decor needs a cleaning. Overall a unique, special place to stay.

Sylvia and this place is amazing! Sylvia let us check-in super early and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had no issues during our stay. The loft was nice and clean and perfectly set up. This is the place to stay for your time in Rome!

Special and unique property

We had an amazing time at this property. This unit we stayed in was one of several situated on this property that also had a cute communal courtyard area. It’s such a fitting place to stay when you’re in Rome because it has a story of its own. The property has been in the owner’s family for many generations and she provides a nice tour when you arrive. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable (and speaks English). This unit we stayed in was very stylish, comfortable, and in a great location for a tourist, we loved it! Highly recommend!

The worst property that I have stayed in the whole world. The first time that we got screamed (yelled) multiple times by the host simply by: 1. Explaining that the hot water is not working (water is cold). 2. Washing twice in a week stay (6 nights stay). 3. Saying that we didnt break the curtain. Each time the host Silvia screamed at us over the phone. No matter what thats not something a host should do. I have stayed accros in 30 countries plus and being an Expedia Gold member. This is by far the worst stay. If you want to be screamed at and be verbally abused please stay in this property otherwise go with other accomodation. There are so many better options in Rome.

Amazing loft run by amazing people

The property was gorgeous!! The owner was so kind as she showed us around and told us about the history. It is clear that she cares so much about this place! It was clean with coffee, shampoo, soap etc. The location is very close to the Colosseum! Could not recommend enough !

Perfect overnight

We stayed for one night and could not have had a better experience. Everything was prepared for us and we received a recommendation to an amazingly delicious restaurant near by. Silvia accommodate our need for luggage storage and also had some entertaining stories to share about the building. Highly recommended!

Silvia was a very good host. Communication prompt and she is fluent in English. The apartment was lovely and in a good central location in between Termeni main station and the Colosseum. Great value for money. We mostly walked everywhere but the buses are regular and nearby if you need them. There are some great restaurants in the road behind and a very cool cocktail bar/nightclub at the end of the street. Would recommend Silvia and go again.

Perfection

Silvia's place was perfect for our home base in Rome! It started before we got there. Her communication was excellent. She helped us with tour recommendations and arranged transportation from the airport to her place. Once we got there, she greeted us and showed us around. She gave us the history of her beautiful building. She also washed our laundry, which was a huge bonus. Her apartment is beautiful and she also has 2 other apartments, so it would be perfect for a group. The apartment is close to the most delcious restaurants and there is a little market right around the corner. It is within 15 minutes of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. The Cavour metro station is only 5 minutes from the apartment. The Pantheon and Trevi Fountain are only maybe 25 minutes from ther place. She also let us leave our luggage after we checked out and toured the Coloseum. I would Highly recommend this place!Overall, I would HIGHLY together. also

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is in a good location, restaurants near by and also the metro station is very close. The host Silvia is simply the best! She makes everything possible so her guests feel well and comfortable. With check-in and -out she was very flexible and we could store our luggage the whole day as we left by night train in the evening. We can recommend her apartment to everyone and if we one day return to Rome, we hope to be able to book her apartment again!

Cute Space Near Colosseum

This was a cute space that was about 12 minute walk to the colosseum! It was tucked away and very quiet (which was nice) but you walk around a corner and you are in an area with plenty of shops and bars and restaurants. Check in was simple. Wifi didn't work great. The bedroom was located in a loft area which was really cool and different!

Awesome

Great comms pre arrival. Personal check-in waiting on arrival. Massive beds making a family of 4 stay comfortable. The air-conditioning worked amazingly; very important. Everything was there was cooking and eating. We parked our hire car for free on the street with backup street opposite, albeit a no entry road so a journey to get to. We never had to go elsewhere. Beautiful authentic area.

Sylvia is great, but her assistant ruins it.

I was told I could do early check in and once I got there to call her assistant Amil. When I arrived, Amil did not answer his phone. Luckily, another couple was leaving and let me inside the building. When I got inside the courtyard area, no one was there. I called for Amil's name and luckily he showed up. Only, he doesn't speak English and seemed to have no idea who I was despite being told in advanced. I showed him pictures of the listing and told him numerous times I had booked Blue. He called Sylvia and after some back and forth he finally got me keys. When I got into the apartment it looked different from pictures, but all I wanted after an extremely long travel day was a shower. There wasn't any towels, so I had to hunt down Amil. I had my suspicions that the towels weren't clean based on the musky and smoke smell. My suspicions were confirmed after I took a shower and noticed a red hair on the towels. I messaged Amil about the issue, but no response. I went back into his office and asked for clean towels. I was given towels, but these had mascara stains on them and the same musky, smoky smell. It also turns out Amil gave me the wrong apartment. At this point, I wasn't coming back early from sightseeing. I figured I'd switch rooms when I returned. However, Sylvia took matters into her own hands and moved my stuff, which I wasn't entirely comfortable with. Sylvia is very nice. but I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
