Special and unique property
We had an amazing time at this property. This unit we stayed in was one of several situated on this property that also had a cute communal courtyard area. It’s such a fitting place to stay when you’re in Rome because it has a story of its own. The property has been in the owner’s family for many generations and she provides a nice tour when you arrive. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable (and speaks English). This unit we stayed in was very stylish, comfortable, and in a great location for a tourist, we loved it! Highly recommend!

Host was so welcoming and property has an amazing history. Very convenient area, walkable to colosseum and all kinds of places. Very comfortable room, beds, air conditioning. Small interior balcony and shared courtyard. Kitchen equipped for basics, linens baths and floors very clean but decor needs a cleaning. Overall a unique, special place to stay.

Sylvia and this place is amazing! Sylvia let us check-in super early and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had no issues during our stay. The loft was nice and clean and perfectly set up. This is the place to stay for your time in Rome!

Amazing loft run by amazing people
The property was gorgeous!! The owner was so kind as she showed us around and told us about the history. It is clear that she cares so much about this place! It was clean with coffee, shampoo, soap etc. The location is very close to the Colosseum! Could not recommend enough !

Excellent apartment, will come again. Great value.
Silvia was a very good host. Communication prompt and she is fluent in English. The apartment was lovely and in a good central location in between Termeni main station and the Colosseum. Great value for money. We mostly walked everywhere but the buses are regular and nearby if you need them. There are some great restaurants in the road behind and a very cool cocktail bar/nightclub at the end of the street. Would recommend Silvia and go again.

Perfect overnight
We stayed for one night and could not have had a better experience. Everything was prepared for us and we received a recommendation to an amazingly delicious restaurant near by. Silvia accommodate our need for luggage storage and also had some entertaining stories to share about the building. Highly recommended!

Great comms pre arrival. Personal check-in waiting on arrival. Massive beds making a family of 4 stay comfortable. The air-conditioning worked amazingly; very important. Everything was there was cooking and eating. We parked our hire car for free on the street with backup street opposite, albeit a no entry road so a journey to get to. We never had to go elsewhere. Beautiful authentic area.

Cute Space Near Colosseum
This was a cute space that was about 12 minute walk to the colosseum! It was tucked away and very quiet (which was nice) but you walk around a corner and you are in an area with plenty of shops and bars and restaurants. Check in was simple. Wifi didn't work great. The bedroom was located in a loft area which was really cool and different!

Ottimo monolocale soppalcato: spazioso, luminoso, attrezzato, silenzioso e confortevole. Vicino alla metro Cavour, in una decina di minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse. In zona trattorie tipiche e alimentari. Consigliatissimo per coppie e per famiglie con due bambini come la nostra. Monti- Klasse Lage und herzlicher Gastgeber
Wie wurden nach den Flugdaten gefragt und konnten schon frühzeitig in das Appartement. Dazu spendierte Silvia die Kapseln für die Lavazza- Maschine und wir hatten guten Kaffee! Lage: optimal als Ausgangspunkt- abends gemütliche Restaurants um die Ecke. Trotzdem ruhig! 4 Betten- ein Bad . Für uns optimal. Silvia half bei der frühen Abreise und organisierte den Fahrer. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und empfehlen das blaue Loft gerne weiter! Melanie

布団は全てに大きな汚れがついておりました。直径40センチほどの黄色いシミや血など些細なものではなく大きな不衛生な何かしらのシミがついています。洗濯の頻度はかなり低そうです。アメニティのシャンプーには髪の毛がいくつも絡みついていて濡れており、使用後の歯間ブラシが2つ置いてあるなどと清潔感は耐えられないほど酷かったです。チェックアウトも人がいなく電話しても連絡もつかず時間をかなりロスしました。最終的に鍵を置いて出ました。人は親切でしたが、チェックインの際もベルを鳴らしても人が来なく、外で15分ほど待ちました。食器も全てにシミがありました。コロッセオから近くチェックインの際説明してくださった方は親切で、観光に便利ですが、次はホテルを選びます。

Adorable studio au cœur de Rome, bien agencé , bien équipé et terriblement charmant. Sylvia et Lopo sont adorables et parlent parfaitement français. Le quartier est très sympathique, près de tous mains loin du tumulte touristique. Après 18:00 la zone est accessible en voiture et nous avons pu nous garer dans l’impasse à 50m de l’entrée. Vivement recommandé!

Perfect stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is in a good location, restaurants near by and also the metro station is very close. The host Silvia is simply the best! She makes everything possible so her guests feel well and comfortable. With check-in and -out she was very flexible and we could store our luggage the whole day as we left by night train in the evening. We can recommend her apartment to everyone and if we one day return to Rome, we hope to be able to book her apartment again!

Emplacement parfait !
Idéalement situé en plein coeur de Rome dans un quartier calme, le Domus Ciancaleoni est un lieu très agréable, reposant et chargé d'Histoire. Il est possible de tout faire (et refaire !) à pieds ou de prendre le métro à 2 pas du logement. Silvia est très accueillante et parle un excellent français. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Merci
