EXCELLENT! Our last two days of a 4 week trip was here. Very roomy hotel room with a nice big bed, windows that opened to a little square that was surprisingly very quiet. 24/7 front desk staffed with incredibly helpful people. Our room was very clean and the bfast buffet looked incredible… sadly our schedule didn’t allow us to partake. Within walking distance to Camp d’ Fiore and lots of really cool restaurants… very nice place to enjoy some quiet down time from Rome. Large size, nice smelling toiletries and good towels, bedding and pillows which is always a plus for me

Hotel overall was good. A bit noisy on bothe nighta we stayed. First night were awakened by a loud band who started playing music at 12 midnight and continued for 1 hour.

The hotel's location is very convenient to Rome's popular tourists sites and the Vatican City. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large. There are two issues though: first, the wifi was very unreliable and very slow when we got a connection. We can get better connections outside using the cell signal than inside with the wifi. Second, it does not have an elevator. It would be a little difficult if you have heavy luggage or have mobility issues. But overall this is a good hotel.

Excellent location and very friendly staff the only thing there is no elevator but the staff are more than happy to help with the baggage. Breakfast is continental with good variety.

The location is great but our room was VERY small and there’s no common space/lobby to hang out in. It was significantly smaller than it looked in photos and the hotel did not really look like it was represented online. Also, the room is right next to reception desk and we could hear conversations and people all day/night when in the room. This was also the worst hotel breakfast we experienced across all of our Italy travels.

Fabulous Hotel right in the center of Rome
We got in to the city about 10AM. The check in time was 3:00 PM. The Hotel had no problem in holding our luggage while we went out to Rome and explore. When we came back the luggage was already in our room. Very centric and very customer oriented

The hotel was spotless Our room was comfortable and exactly what we needed The front desk, lady Maya was amazing and lots of help for places to see in Rome The breakfast that was included was a great start to the day Probably, and according to my husband in the morning, was one of his favourites of Rome
