The apartment has an extremely privileged position.
It's easily accessed by public transport making it the ideal choice for guests visiting the Eternal City.
Exactly located in front of the Vatican Museums stairs entrance. St Peter's Basilica as well as Castel Sant'Angelo are but a short distance from the apartment.
Metro access, literally 2 blocks away, makes sightseeing very easy to all the other major sights. It can take you anywhere in the city. Monuments such as the Colosseum, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain may be reached with few metro stops or by one of the many buses serving the area.
Located on the first floor of beautiful nineteenth century building with elevator, this apartment has about 70 sq. meters with wooden floors and high ceiling.
The apartment is made up of a living room with a full kitchen (all amenities) and two spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom (completely updated full bathrooms).
The apartment is non-smoking, air-conditioned and cool in summer, heated and cosy in winter.
The double-glazed windows (not only double panels) flood the apartment with beautiful natural light, keep it very quiet and guarantee a good night's sleep. All the windows offer a delightful view of the Vaticano.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carla arranged a pickup from the airport and was at the apartment to greet us and give us an orientation to the apartment and to the city. Wow!
Location! Less than 1 block from entrance to the Vatican museum. Wonderful restaurants and bakeries nearby. Host was waiting for us and explained everything. Apartment is immaculate and set up perfect for2 couples.

Trip of a lifetime!
My husband and i, along with his sister and her husband stayed for 3 days. The location is perfect and so very nice. We had been traveling around Italy for two weeks and this was by far the nicest of the four places we stayed in. Carla was so accommodating and friendly. And she introduced us to her driver who was terrific. He was able to take us right to our cruise ship when it was time to leave. We loved this place and will definitely want to stay if we are ever fortunate enough to get to come back!

10 out of 10!!! we are really so happy to have booked this apartment. Very clean, spacious, very quiet, complete with all the things you will need in a house, and literally at the footsteps of the Vatican Museum. And everything you need, grocery, bus stop, train station, restaurant are also few steps away. And the most reasonable price. But most of all, the hostess, Carla, was very helpful, accommodating, easy to contact. She spent some time with us to tell us the tourist spots we should not miss and how to get there, complete with a map of Rome.Thank you very much Carla. We will make sure to booked this place when we are given another opprotunity to visit Rome. This was a hassle free and problem free accomodation :-)

A gem
This apartment was an amazing find in a lively neighborhood. While just 1 block from the Vatican steps and 2 blocks from a great Mercado, it does not feel touristy. There are also numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is immaculate and very comfortable with adequate living and dining area seating, good natural lighting, ventilation and air conditions in all rooms. Carla is a superb host who made contact with us several times before our arrival to answer our questions. She met us upon arrival and gave us detailed instructions and dining and transportation suggestions. Carla speaks perfect English which was a great relief to us. We would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to return ourselves one day.

Carla was responsive, helpful, thoughtful and genuine. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 - two separate bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, a kitchen, and washer and dryer. The A/C worked beautifully, the apartment was equipped and very clean. We explored the Vatican City by walking and when we wanted to hit the touristy spots in the city centre we took a cab.

Perfect Rome apartment
Our family of 5 (parents with young adult/teen kids) had a wonderful stay here during our time in Rome. The space was perfect for us with separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We used the kitchen for breakfasts before heading out to explore (tip: far left cupboard has grocery bags...grab them before you go grocery shopping so you don't have to buy your own bag ;). The apartment was very clean and could not be any closer to the Vatican museum. Metro stop was a short walk, and we enjoyed several of the restaurants in the neighborhood. Carla was very responsive in all communication and met us at the apartment for check in and helped get us oriented to the city. She was friendly and helpful throughout--truly a delight to work with! If we ever get the opportunity to travel again to Rome, I would certainly book this apartment again.

GREAT Apartment in a Prime Location!
This apartment was in a very convenient area--close to Vatican, Metro, restaurants, farm market! It was very nicely decorated and although small-had plenty of room for 2 couples to not feel on top of each other. The Host, Carla, met us when we arrived and was VERY nice and thorough in going over things about the place. She was kind enough to let us in before check-in time and gave us suggestions on places to eat in the area. She put us in touch with a great transportation company to get us from the airport to the apartment and also from the apartment to the cruise port in Civitavecchia--at a good price! I would stay here again if I came back to Rome!

Amazing Location!! Great Host!!
This apartment is in the perfect location for experiencing all Rome has to offer. A 30 second walk from the walls a Vatican City and close to the metro if you want to go across the river to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc… even though the metro was close, my friends, and I ended up just walking to the Colosseum because we wanted to take in the city a little bit more. The apartment itself was great! Two separate bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and a wonderful kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils you need to cook for yourselves if you want a night in (there are two grocery stores within a five minute walk of the apartment). Carla was super helpful for the entirety of our stay, helping arrange transportation for our arrival and departure as well as providing tips and tricks for getting around the city! All in all it was an amazing stay!!

The location of this first floor apartment is hard to beat - only a block or so from the entrance to the Vatican museums. Carla was an excellent host including showing up after midnight with her dog Molly to let us in and orient us to the unit and the nearby area. A really pleasant place to stay in Rome and lovely and cool throughout the day despite the heat. highly recommended!

Great apartment just steps from Vatican museums
This apartment was perfect for our family of 5–plenty of beds, two separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, we were able to spread out and enjoy our time in the apartment. Central AC provided the perfect respite after our long, hot days of site-seeing. Location is terrific, close to Vatican and tons of restaurants and shops. Very short walk to the metro. Carla was super helpful in arranging a driver to/from the airport and was eager to answer all of our questions. She always responded quickly and had some great recommendations for must-dos in Rome. Highly recommend this apartment!
