Glorious holiday in Rome
Very clean, good sized rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful, kitchen available with tea, coffee etc. Snacks left out by owner. Location excellent, close to centre of Rome. Excellent breakfast served in your room. Apartment very safe.

Great location, v close to nearest metro Spain’s which can take you to many of the attractions. Walking distance to Trevi fountain and piazza nova, and Spanish steps. The hospitality of the owners was amazing, happy to recommend places, tailor breakfast each day and make sure there was something for you in case of an early flight. Little tricky to find the B and B as no signs on the door, look for 146 or above a hairdresser Liberos. Toiletries and comfy slippers provided, only wish that there was a second mirror in the room as the main one was in the bathroom which is very small. Also be aware that the glass between the bathroom and main room is see through so best not to share with family or friends! Beautifully decorated with a modern yet traditional Italian feel. Overall enjoyed our stay and the hosts hospitality!

Fabulous location. Gabriella very welcoming. Room was beautifully decorated. Breakfast was fantastic and surprisingly comprehensive for such a small b&b. It made for a lovely romantic stay in Rome

Excellent Location
Overall our experience was very good. Great location and the room was very clean. The service was excellent and the owner/staff were very helpful. An excellent breakfast was served in our room. One thing to be aware of is that they only accept cash payment, no credit cards.

Amazing place to stay in rome
Nice cozy rooms with amazing breakfast. Hosts were amazing in helping with things. Our original room had an issue so they moved us to another room and had it set up bery quickly. Note that these rooms are om the 1st floor with no lifts, luggage would need to be lifted over 11 steps

Outstanding stay
This is in the perfect location. Literally round the corner from the Spanish steps, and not far from everything else. The service and breakfast was outstanding. Nothing was ever to much. The room was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Great B&B in nice neighborhood
We only stayed here one night but it was nice. We had to leave early the morning we were supposed to check out, and the property manager was able to arrange an early check out time and show us where they had a few breakfast items for the next morning since we had to leave early. I would recommend if you have to leave before 10 am to arrange this when you check in so that you can make sure to have the key drop off arranged. We were also able to store our bags after check out time in the building which was nice for us because we had planned on doing some sight seeing before leaving Rome but after check out. The property is also in a nice neighborhood with great shopping and restaurants. This place is a great value when traveling to Rome, just make sure to go over any early or late check in or out times with them before arriving.

Approdo Ripetta - A wonderful secret in Rome
This B&B was an amazing find. Far exceeded expectations. Great location, super clean, comfortable and the breakfast served in our room every morning was elegant, perfect and plentiful. So impressed - even the utensils were sterling silver. Daily maid service was included as well as free WiFi. Our hostess was great and went out of her way to accommodated whatever we requested. She arranged for us to be picked up from the airport as well as our return. Very reasonable fee which is why we decided to return our rental car rather than pay for daily parking while we were there. The transportation was less than we would have paid to park (store) our car, especially since we would not have used it. I highly recommend Approdo Ripetta and will definitely stay there again when we return to Rome.

The lady that checked us in didn’t speak a lot of English but was sooo helpful. She helped us get a cab and find directions to our next town. She went above and beyond. The breakfast was great too.

Awesome place to stay in the centre of Rome
It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Gabriella is an incredibly friendly host that is able to help you out with anything from transport to restaurants to visit.

Excellant room, location and hospitality!
As soon as I booked, Gabriella sent me a note to check on our arrival time and welcoming us. She spoiled us with pressed bed sheets, big towels, elegant fresh breakfast, daily housekeeping and home made cakes and treats. I truly felt that I was visiting family. We had made several early travel arrangements to Assisi, etc, that were before the breakfast window. Gabriella was concerned and prepared a tray for us that was available in the morning. Gabriella was very helpful, kind and concerned about our stay and made sure we were comfortable. The rooms are new, with new bathrooms, lighting, windows (which she spared no expense). There are three layers, shutters, glass and an inside cover. The location is the best, we did not purchase bus passes, (which we normally did on our past trips). We were able to walk to most attractions in 10 minutes. This was a savings and allowed us to come upon interesting back streets on the way to our destination. And if you wanted to travel outside of the 10-15 minutes walk the bus stop was a 3 minute walk away. Another benefit was a very nice market that was about a 3 minute walk away. They were very helpful and always provided suggestions for a cheese, meat, wine and bread purchase. Overall I could not of picked a better place for our 8 day stay.

Good but..
Good location and more or less comfy. The hosts were nice, but I was told there's a need to be relocated to another hotel. Was shown pictures of where I was supposed to go (a fancy suite). So I said yes. When I went there, the host took me to a different hotel which was bland with a room that didn't have internet. This was a disappointment. If you go there insist that this doesn't happen.

We arrived late and hotel did not have a sign just a one inch by 3 inch name on list of residents. Restaurant next door sent us to other end of street then another shop owner sent us back. Once found everything was wonderful. Location ended up being very convenient.

A Gem in Rome
Approdo Ripetta was a real find. The location was very central to all the main sightseeing attractions in Rome and it was easy to get around on foot. Gabriella was extremely helpful and accommodating. She looked after our every need. A delicious breakfast was served by Loredana in the room every morning and it was all beautifully set out. The room itself was spotless and very nice. We felt welcomed and very much at home.
