Excellent property, great location!
This was a great experience from check in to check out. The place is immaculate. All appliances, TV's, wifi worked perfectly. Location is perfect. You can literally see the Colosseum from the front door. The host, Marco was amazing. Very gracious and helpful for tips and getting local restaurant reservations. Wonderful time. Recommend fully without hesitation. 6 Stars!

Dream Apartment in a Wonderful Location in Rome
My husband and I just completed our dream vacation to Italy along with another couple. Marco and Sara were the perfect, welcoming hosts offering a wonderful apartment near the Colosseum. The check in and check out process was easy and we appreciated the helpful tips that our hosts provided for their favorite restaurants in the area. During our stay, we remarked that we felt we were experiencing Rome "in style" staying in such a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous entryway, comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, and an awesome shower. The apartment is safe, quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely decor. It was the perfect home away from home for us while in Rome. We know where we'll be staying next time we're in Rome, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay. Thank you to our hosts for making our vacation all the more special.

Best location in Rome
This apartment is such a great size, very clean, beautifully decorated and centrally located. A short walk to the most wonderful restaurants and the Colosseum, the train terminal and many other attractions. The location is quiet day and night and the beds are comfortable!

Beautiful Apartment Close to the Colosseum
We had a lovely stay and the apartment was all that I hoped it would be. It’s in a quiet residential area walking distance from the Colosseum. It had nice touches like a fridge stocked with drinks, plenty of coffee and tea, and toiletries. We used the washer and dryer and they worked great. The building has an elevator and is very secure. Communication with our host was easy and fast. I would definitely recommend a stay!

Fantastic place to stay
This is a great apartment to stay at - multiple bedrooms, great water pressure in the shower (this is a big one for me), good A/C, and a heavy, metal door that made us feel very secure. Marco was a great host who had tons of recommendations in the area and, as my wife and I were on our honeymoon, even gave us a free bottle of prosecco!

The Highlight of Our Trip!!
You must stay here! Marco is incredibly helpful and attentive. His apartment is stunning, clean, safe, and you can watch Netflix and do laundry!! Downstairs is a cafe with food and coffee, and a nearby restaurant where we bought wine. You’re walking distance to the Colesseum (aim for end of the day sunset walks for great pictures). The kitchen is fully stocked and each room has remote controlled AC and windows/blinds. FABULOUS property and owner!!

Amazing vacation!
We stayed 3 nights at this property. It is beautiful. More beautiful than the pictures. Neighborhood is very nice and walkable to groceries and restaurants. Marco, Sara and their team went above and beyond with airport transfer, tours and dining reservations. We traveled with a small child and they provided groceries, crib and high chair. I highly recommend the golf cart tour of Rome and any restaurant recommendations by Marco Hope to return soon!

An amazing stay in Rome
We had an amazing time in Rome. Communication and check-in were great and easy. The apartment was awesome, spacious, the bathrooms and showers wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. And there's a lift to help get the bags up the 5 flights of steps. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rome.

5 Stars! The perfect place for our family for 2 weeks. All the amenities and space. Close to metro and train station. We took day trips to Florence and Naples on the train. A grocery store is very close. We had plenty of food and drinks at the apartment and cooked breakfast each morning. Thank you Marco!

The apartment was spectacular. Beautiful and absolutely spotless. Check-in and check-out were very simple and the housekeeper (sorry I've forgotten her name) was very helpful and a delight to deal with. Marco and Serena were quick to answer any questions we had. Enjoyed this place very much. Clean, quiet, great supplies in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and linens. Definitely recommend. P.s. Be careful in the hallway, we accidentally broke the knob on the radiator because it juts out a bit, we had to pay for that.

A perfect place to stay in Rome. Very spacious and ultra clean. Beds were all very comfortable (including sofa bed) Marco is a great host and made sure we were taken care of. 8 min walk to Colosseum and tons of great restaurants. Trevi fountain 20 min walk. Grocery store convenient 2 min walk . Also very quiet location. Street noise was non existent. Very nice historic building . Would definitely stay here again
