Andromeda Luxury Apartment in Colosseum

A wonderful luxury apartment (140 sqm) for 6 + 1 persons, located in the heart of Rome close to the Colosseum.

The apartment has just been renovated with particular attention to respecting its historic features, thus maintaining all the charm of the old and providing comfort for an exclusive holiday.

The furniture is elegant, managing to combine pleasantly antique furniture and modern comforts. The house is equipped with heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, Smart TV (with Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime and TVision) in every room.

The apartment consists of a large living room, a kitchenette fully equipped, two beautiful double suites (one has the opportunity to share a bed in two comfortable single) and 2 large private bathroom with multifunctional showers.

The whole house is equipped with bed linen, towels, slippers, and soaps.

You will be welcomed in an exclusive location, a wonderful contemporary residence, ideal choice for large families and / or groups of friends who want a stay of luxury and privacy

To allow our guests to spend an unforgettable stay, we can also provide some extra services such as:

- Transfer to and from the airport
- Transfer to and from the port of Civitavecchia
- Restaurant reservations: if useful we could share the most characteristic restaurants near the apartment and in the most beautiful places in Rome

Beautiful Apartment Close to the Colosseum
We had a lovely stay and the apartment was all that I hoped it would be. It’s in a quiet residential area walking distance from the Colosseum. It had nice touches like a fridge stocked with drinks, plenty of coffee and tea, and toiletries. We used the washer and dryer and they worked great. The building has an elevator and is very secure. Communication with our host was easy and fast. I would definitely recommend a stay!

The Highlight of Our Trip!!
You must stay here! Marco is incredibly helpful and attentive. His apartment is stunning, clean, safe, and you can watch Netflix and do laundry!! Downstairs is a cafe with food and coffee, and a nearby restaurant where we bought wine. You’re walking distance to the Colesseum (aim for end of the day sunset walks for great pictures). The kitchen is fully stocked and each room has remote controlled AC and windows/blinds. FABULOUS property and owner!!

Wonderful Stay
Originally I had booked this apartment for a 10 day stay in Rome. But, during the process of planning; I decided to go with an 8 day cruise and 2 night stay. Marco was very flexible with my choice. Although we only stayed for 2 nights, he gave us first rate service as if we were there for the entire time. Marco had a car waiting for us as we departed the cruise ship that brought us to the apartment in Rome. We had a tour set up that morning so Marco arranged for our luggage to be stored a couple of doors away from the apartment until it was time for check in. He met us when it came time for check in to go over a few things. The place was immaculate. Pictures do not do it justice. The high ceilings, color schemes, hardwood floors, beautiful tile in the bathrooms and the luxurious showers! I cannot say enough good things about how beautiful it was. On our day of departure Marco also had a driver waiting for us at 0630 for our 0945 flight. It was a wonderful experience! I would definitely stay here again:)

Amazing vacation!
We stayed 3 nights at this property. It is beautiful. More beautiful than the pictures. Neighborhood is very nice and walkable to groceries and restaurants. Marco, Sara and their team went above and beyond with airport transfer, tours and dining reservations. We traveled with a small child and they provided groceries, crib and high chair. I highly recommend the golf cart tour of Rome and any restaurant recommendations by Marco Hope to return soon!

5 Stars! The perfect place for our family for 2 weeks. All the amenities and space. Close to metro and train station. We took day trips to Florence and Naples on the train. A grocery store is very close. We had plenty of food and drinks at the apartment and cooked breakfast each morning. Thank you Marco!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment
From the moment we walked into the apartment we knew our stay in Rome would be enjoyable. Clean, well equipment, beautifully renovated apartment with plenty of space for the 4 of us. 2 large bathrooms with relaxing rain showers were a plus. When you step out the front door of the building and look to the right you can see the Colosseum. Perfect location for touring the city. Marco & Sara were excellent communicators and assisted quickly with every question we had. Thank you for making our first visit to Rome a memorable one.

This apartment is such a great size, very clean, beautifully decorated and centrally located. A short walk to the most wonderful restaurants and the Colosseum, the train terminal and many other attractions. The location is quiet day and night and the beds are comfortable!

Pictures don’t do justice to this place. Marco and Eric did a fantastic job to make our stay very memorable. Marco was able to arrange for transportation, restaurant reservations and just about everything we needed. The apartment itself is very well maintained and beautiful… AC units worked very well and was a blessing in the middle of a heatwave. The unit has a washer/ dryer which was a bonus. The metro station was a 7-10 minute walk and connected to all the main attractions. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet nice place to stay in the heart of Rome.

We had a great stay at this apartment. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean, elegant decor, very good A/C that kept us very cool and comfortable during our stay in June). The location is in very close proximity to the Colosseum (5-7 min walk), eateries, markets, Metro stations. Marco was an extremely great host. Upon arrival, he personally greeted us and gave us a brief tour of the apartment and its amenities. Would definitely stay here again. We were a family of 6 total (2 adults and 4 children). If you decide to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic place to stay
This is a great apartment to stay at - multiple bedrooms, great water pressure in the shower (this is a big one for me), good A/C, and a heavy, metal door that made us feel very secure. Marco was a great host who had tons of recommendations in the area and, as my wife and I were on our honeymoon, even gave us a free bottle of prosecco!

A perfect place to stay in Rome. Very spacious and ultra clean. Beds were all very comfortable (including sofa bed) Marco is a great host and made sure we were taken care of. 8 min walk to Colosseum and tons of great restaurants. Trevi fountain 20 min walk. Grocery store convenient 2 min walk . Also very quiet location. Street noise was non existent. Very nice historic building . Would definitely stay here again

Best VRBO rental
We had an amazing stay at this VRBO. It is probably the best VRBO that we've stayed in. Here are some of the great features of this rental: 1) This was a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment which was incredibly clean with large bedrooms, large and modern bathrooms, great AC units, a washer/dryer, great lighting, smart TVs, etc.... 2) The location was amazing - 5 min walk to the Colosseum and easy access to 2 different metro stops. While it was close to a major historic site, there was more of a neighborhood feel and it wasn't very touristy; 3) the owners were incredibly helpful and they have a list of recommendations for restaurants, gelaterias, etc.. and they can help with airport transfers, restaurant reservations, tours, etc...4) easy access to a supermarket (1 block away), cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc...5) There's a linen service that provides a set of 3 clean towels + slippers which are all packaged. There are extra packages if needed. 6) The owners helped to stock our refrigerator with a few staples prior to arrival upon request, and they have additional drinks/snacks for purchase in the house. Again, we cannot say enough about how great this VRBO was and we highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful place to stay in Rome
We loved this apartment. It is large, 2 king size bedrooms, 2 very modern bathrooms with walk in shower, well appointed kitchen and living room. The location was in a neighborhood near the Coliseum with a park nearby and excellent restaurants. The forum area is about a 20 minute walk and the Borghese is a 30 minute walk. Our host, Marco, arranged for a driver from the cruise ship and met us near the apartment. He arranged for storage of our bags and got us settled in a coffee shop (very good coffee and nice people) while the apartment was being readied. There is an atm in the same block and a grocery store about a half block away. Marco showed us all around the apartment when it was ready. The shutters operate automatically from the inside, the coffee is nespresso, and the showers are very upscale. The beds are so comfortable and the apartment is pretty quiet for a location in a major city. Marco and Sara also arranged for a private dinner to help us celebrate our anniversary. The chef and partner prepared a wonderful dinner for us. It was very special. If there is a downside, it is a walk to some of the very touristy areas. This was our third trip to Rome, so we were anxious to see some of the other areas of Rome. If you decide to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Enjoyed this place very much. Clean, quiet, great supplies in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and linens. Definitely recommend. P.s. Be careful in the hallway, we accidentally broke the knob on the radiator because it juts out a bit, we had to pay for that.
