Beautiful, elegant hotel next to Villa Borghese. Lovely pool and gardens. Good health club.Though it’s a bit further away from major tourist sights than some other hotels, it’s worth it to be is such a verdant setting. And it’s only a 15 minute walk across the park — or an easy cab ride — to the heart of the city.

The staff at Aldrovandi is very kind and helpful. The spa is great, not crowded and clean. I had a wonderful stay. The Hotel is a little far from the center but it’s a minor inconvenience regarding all of the other advantages

The staff was so friendly and accommodating they truly made us feel welcomed. The complimentary shuttle into town was also a huge plus. The dinner we had at assaje was the defiant high point. The food was incredible!

Paradise in Rome
This is a beautiful hotel in a residential area. The service is excellent. We loved the breakfast each morning. We were able to walk to all the sites, including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Coliseum but came back to a gorgeous hotel pool and garden.

This place was beautiful. It had a beautiful garden courtyard around the pool area where there was bar service and informal meal service. They also had a 5 star Michelin rated dining room that needed a reservation and a nice upstairs breakfast area that served awesome breakfasts. I accidentally dropped my contact lense down the bathroom drain while I was there and they took the drain apart and got it out for me while I was out touring the city during the day. Awesome service! The staff was wonderful and very prompt.Altogether a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!

The property is very upscale. It is located close to the modern art museum and the Villa Borghese gardens. They are a bit of a walk from the major tourist attractions. However, they offer a shuttle from the hotel close to the Spanish steps. We were able to walk down to the Colosseum and Forum from the meeting point.

Mario the concierge, was excellent! Check in was wonderful, they are very warm and welcoming. The free shuttle service the hotel offers could be better. They say they drop you at the top of the Spanish steps but really it is more up the street.

A wonderful hotel to stay away from the hustle and bustle of central Rome, yet not too far to get to all the sights south of the park Villa Borghese. The park itself is in walking distance and worth a visit, particularly to visit the Galleria Borghese. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the room, and made good use of the gym and pool. The pool area and garden in particular were a great place to hang out and relax before our long flight home.
