Had a hard time finding the place. There was no entrance sign. Had a hard time communicating as the owner was not there, only a cleaning lady. Overpriced.

NOT as advertised. More like a hostel than a B&B
We were forced to pay for the entire stay in cash upfront. If we hadn't done that we would absolutely have left after the first night. ESPECIALLY after paying the BOGUS city tax which was 21 euro more than listed on the Travelosity final total. We dropped off our luggage before check-in and were told what room our things would be kept in. When we returned several hours later and unlocked our room our bags were not there, but someone else's were. We tried the room next door where the exact same key also worked for that room, and we found our things inside. This is when we realized that the keys we had worked for our room AND FOR THE ROOM NEXT DOOR. This is very scary. This place should not advertise a Continental Breakfast. Literally 1 slice of cheese in the fridge. Opened cartons of juice and milk in a community fridge whom you don't know has used it, and you don't know when it was opened does not seem like a good idea. Cheese, bread, and butter was already opened, did not seem safe or sanitary at all. We were scared it would be spoiled or contaminated. Continental Breakfasts like this should be individual portions. Air Conditioning did NOT work in our room. There was a man smoking in the kitchen the morning we arrived. Advertised is a no smoking facility. Should NOT have advertised a double bed. Bed was two single beds pushed together, had mis-matched mattresses with a queen sized sheet set thrown over the top. Unbelievably uncomfortable.

Nice hotel to visit Rome
Excellent cleanness, staff disposition for helping. Good price, near to everything. Maybe I recommend a person to be on the desk in the morning (for ex from 6 to 8) and night 1 hour. For the rest.... everything ok.

Awesome people!!
the people running the place were wonderful! The owner was in close communication with me through email whenever I needed! They even were amazing with the language barrier.

Reception
The person who checked us in disappeared suddenly without making sure we had all our queries answered. There was no phone number to contact. We needed toilet paper and we found that the drain of the wash basin in the bathroom was broken.

You pay for what you get - don't expect more
I think people visiting this bed and breakfast should understand that you are really only paying for a base to stay - nothing more. Whilst the bedroom was comfortable and everything was clean I felt there were a few things that could have been improved. We were travelling with a one year old child and requested to be picked up at the airport. This was arranged but the car had no child seat. Also the room was extremely hot on arrival - this was sorted in the end via the air conditioning system but a little preparation would have been more inviting. The breakfast was very basic - almost not worth including. Plus points were the location is very close to transport links and although our host was never present all our communications were dealt with very promptly.

Nice B&B closed to the train station
Clean and tidy B&B, good location. We had a trouble of paying by cash on the day of arrival as did not spot this requirement in the email. The B&B does not have a reception, so may not be able to leave your luggage after check out. We finally managed to leave our luggage until 5pm on the day of check out as the staff was waiting for someone to check-in around that time.

good location, but room is not like the pictures
room is different from what I expected. The floor is dirty. Cannot cook in the kitchen. Cannot keep luggage on the last day. But location is good, right beside train station.

Great Location
It was good. Saw very little of the staff. Although we did not need them I think it would have been difficult to get in touch with them if you needed to.

Convinient location
Overall, the stay was nice. Location was great as it was 5 minutes to the main station in Rome. Dining was available within 10 minutes as well. The room was clean and adequate. Area of town is not the best as there is alot of traffic noise and graffiti as it is near the metro station. Abit pricy for the stay. Breakfast could have been better, just bread and jam. Overall stay: 3.5/5

Rome Hotel
The staff is great with it's guests, and this feels more as if you are renting an apartment with full cleaning services than a ususall hotel. The only downside is the neighborhood, but the location next to the train station is very convenient for both traveling in the surrounding area, getting to and from the airport and also for using the metro in Rome.

Very near to roma terminal but difficult to locate
We stayed there for couple of days in May 2013 and our stay was excellent except for the fact that the hotel was hard to locate and no one knew if there is such a hotel even in the same street. It would have been nice if the hotel owners placed a name plate which is legible for the visitors to easily identify the location. The hotel was otherwise clean and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful .

Excellent!
We went to Rome and stayed at Aenea's and loved it! It was very close to the Train/Metro station and in walking distance of the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps (if you're up for a 20-30 minute walk to the later two!) The only thing you need to remember is to CALL or let the staff there know hwat time you will arrive (we didn't and had to wait a bit because nobody is there 24/7). Also, you can only pay in cash. Otherwise it was excellent, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and we'd completely recommend it to others!

Great B&B
Me and the girlfriend only had 3 nights in Rome but we loved our time in the city and the BB was perfect for us. Perfect location next to the station (and you dont hear any trains). you can hear the noise from outside traffic a little, but its to be expected in the city centre and it didnt stop us sleeping! Federicia made us welcome and for the money we paid i would recommend it to anyone.

Good Location
The B&B had a great location near the Termini which made it really easy to get around. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. My only complaints are that there isn't someone there 24 hours a day if you need advice/help and there is no wifi. There are internet cafes close by though.
