Great stay. The building and area is safe and well kept which is especially great for solo traveling. Also recommended if you're working remote as my room had a great desk set up with good wifi.its located near many different restaurants, metro, scooters/bikes to get around and a nice 20 minute walk to the major monuments and attractions. To top it off, recieved the greatest customer service and hospitality during my stay!

Heed my warning, please do not book with this property. I was supposed to check in at Ada rooms on the 29th of May. I wrote them through this app and did not get a response. I called them and they informed me that at the time of my arrival no one would be there to check me in. We agreed to meet the following day at 10:30 Am. I showed up to the hotel at 10:30 am and no one was there. I rang the doorbell and called. At that moment, while still standing in front of the door I called Expedia. They tried calling the hotel multiple times, they Did not get an answer either. I was informed by Expedia that I would receive a refund for May 30th- June 1st. Now I’m hearing that is not the case and that I will be charged the full amount even though it was not my fault that I was not able to check into the hotel. Ada rooms told me not to come the first night because no one would be there to check me in. They told me to come on the 30th at 10am. I was there and no one was there. Very inconvenience. Ada rooms said that they tried contacting me on the 28th. I did not receive any calls from them. I had to book a different hotel and I thank God that someone had openings. I see now that Ada rooms have updated there checkin times AFTER this whole ordeal. Thankfully because of my bank I will be getting my full refund. This experience was unnecessary, stressful, and very unprofessional.

The host was very polite and helpful. He gave my a map and itinerary for my stay in Rome. The rooms were very clean and had great amenities. Thee rooms and bathroom were also cleared every morning! Great place!

The staff and the room were great! I just want to warn you that the door to the room is like a closet sliding door about 1 inch thick. So I could heat everything. Just bring earplugs & you’ll be fine.

Great location, in walking distance of all major tourist sites and also has good Metro links if you’re going further afield. The Vatican was only a 5-10 minute walk down the road. Staff were very friendly and really helpful offering tips on where to visit. They even provided a map with notes and suggestions of where to eat. Breakfast is not included at this Guesthouse but they suggested a great coffee bar nearby with lots of fresh pastries that was relatively cheap as this is where locals go in the morning. Offered to look after our suitcases on the last day so we didn’t have to carry them around with us. Don’t expect luxury, the room was very basic, however for a short sightseeing holiday where you’re out and about most of the day, it has everything you need and is kept really clean. A nice touch was the tea/coffee making facilities and free bottled water. Would happily stay again for a short city break.

The guest is located conveniently for all the attractions. The only place that we took the bus/subway was the Colosseum. The owner, Giorgio is very kind and attentive. His intro about the neighborhood and recommendations were very handy. Little bonus for our 13 yr old daughter, the vintage elevator added extra charm. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing find.......lovely place to stay and so central for Rome. The manger Giorgio is fantastic down to a map being prepared and marked for places to go and to eat. Some of the places you wouldn’t have known without his knowledge. The lift up to the floor is incredibly quirky. Rooms are very clean and exactly what we needed and decorated lovely. I wouldn’t definitely return here. Marvellous accommodation. Really did add to a amazing holiday.

Nice, cozy room. The hotel has a great location, close to the Vatican, next to a lot of retail stores, and near two metro stops. The staff was extremely nice and recommended great restaurants as well. I would easily stay here again.

Great place in a great area of town. The staff are AMAZING! Rome is a small place. Head away from the Vatican and there are great restaurants nearby. The buss stops right in front of the entrance to the hotel. PS. The picture of the room was misleading. It is only one room that sleeps 3. The room picture is taken of the mirror reflection.

Close to Vatican and SJU
From the start our host was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a map, free water bottles and recommendations for eating. He was super accommodating, allowing us to store our bags with him after checkout until we finished touring for the day—which was extremely helpful for us. The accommodations were as described—modern, updated and clean, except for some small stain on the foot of the bedspread. In the morning we noticed a pungent smell, which I think may have been cooking odors from another unit in the building or from the street. Location was very convenient to St. John’s University, where we were visiting our daughter. Overall, we where very pleased and appreciated their hospitality
