We used it as a base to travel the area, going as far away as Baden Baden, Switzerland and closer to Strasbourg and Colmar. "We arrived late evening and found our warm hosts waiting to welcome us. The chalet is immaculate and well furnished and clearly very well cared for and maintained. We were grateful for Alain’s tips on local walks and even a tour to see the Chamoix grazing. A wonderful week with lots to do in the vicinity or just enjoy chilling out at the chalet. "The chalet was just perfect for our group from the USA and the UK. It could have fit 12 people quite comfortably. It's sometimes hard to tell from photographs, but the interior was roomy and bright, and the large deck with its gorgeous views was delightful. Delphine and Olivier could not have been more helpful to us. We did some hiking and cycling and just wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."
