"A lovely cottage with a lot of character. Amazing communication and help from the owner. Lovely setting, near to a lot of places of interest to go with the family. Rooms are all a lot larger than appear in the pictures. Nearby field outside the village has a very friendly little horse too!"

"We really like this gite. Peaceful location, perfect for relaxation and local area is pretty with lots of nice villages and scenic drives. The weather is unpredictable, so an upgrade to the indoor seating would be nice for more comfort on rainy days. Overall, it's great!"

"What a wonderful place! We are a family of four and were worried that our two boys would run out of things to do but they loved it! The garden is big enough to explore, play football, badminton and get lost in. The swing and outdoor shower were an added bonus. The house is perfectly located 1hr from Caen, 20 minutes from Vire and an easy drive to the D day beaches. "This was a great location and we found the home clean and well appointed. The communication from the host was excellent prior to our visit. The beds were very comfortable . We were disappointed as the description refers to a bedroom with 2 double beds and we only found one, but we were able to make do. Other than that I can highly recommend this home. The communication with the owner was excellent from the time of the booking to the understanding and the support when I had to cancel at the last minute. "Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet paper before going to the bathroom."
