"A very nice place to stay in a very convenient location. Easily sleeps 8, 9 or 10 if you include sofa space. Nice size TV. Internet was good the first couple of days but we experienced a lot of outages a few days into our stay. Very good local shop less than 5 minutes walk and a similar distance to the local station which can get you to the airport or the city in roughly 30 minutes. Everything seems to be open late, even on weekends, so it is easy to buy things on the way back from a long day...

"Two factors made our stay at this house so memorable: 1) The house sits on the beautiful island of Stegesund (no cars, only a small dirt road) that overlooks gorgeous water just outside of the town of Vaxholm. The July sun bathes the house in warm light all day long. You get the benefit of feeling away from the city while only being a 5 minute ferry/boat ride away from Vaxholm. "We had the best time here! Loved the neighborhood, the location right next to wilderness preserve, proximity to public transit. House was perfect for 2 teenage boys and mom. Host was very helpful and location was exactly as listed. Thanks for a great place to rest!"

"The old saying really applies for this place, "You get what you pay for." The good things about this place: --The host was responsive and took care of any requests/issues we had --The location was pretty nice. The metro station is close and there's a small grocery store next to it. Getting into town takes a good 20 minutes and you have to pay extra to get to/from the airport, which are just things to consider when it comes to how you like to travel --The neighborhood is quiet, nice, and feels...

"It was terrible. The description described another house which is next to the ones you're getting. You get three separate houses in which you can sleep in. They are messy, dirty and uncomfortable. You don't get a blanket or a pillow. Also the door leading to the terass is broken and they fixed it with a lath to prevent people from come in. Definitely not worth the money. We left and try to get our money back."

On peut y séjourner plusieurs semaines à 6. Elle est très lumineuse et la vue sur un bras de mer est sympa. Bien que sur une petite ile, elle reste très accessible depuis Stockohlm en voiture, en bateau depuis Vaxholm. "The stay was excellent. Tonya (girl at reception) was extremely helpful & made our stay excellent. The instructions emailed were incorrect. The reception doesn’t open until 1400 hrs, but the instructions stated 1100 hrs. This caused our first day to be quite tiring and unenjoyable. We had just travelled from the USA & wanted to leave our back packs at the reception and tour until evening, but instead we waited for 3 hours outside & were too tired to tour.
