"We had a wonderful experience staying at The Turquoise at Hoopers Bay Beach. The house had a nice wrap-around porch which was nice after a long day at the beach. The appliances were updated and the bathroom was super cute. The whole place was well laid out and comfortable. Our friend group would LOVE to stay at The Turquoise again one day."

"This is a 2 star property with 4 star host. Local family offering a reasonably priced stay on a beautiful island where everything is expensive. This is on the far north end of the island. Renting a car here is wise. $45 taxi ride to the airport. Access to brewed coffee on site was not available. The water was gorgeous and their beach perfect although their beach chairs were the pits. Betty did make us a hamburger for dinner and it was delicious. "
