The comfortably furnished house in this high mountain area is the perfect setting for a great family vacation with both hiking and fishing, as well as swimming and paddling. In the morning, plan your daily program at the dining table and sit back in the armchair with a good book after an energy-sapping hiking tour. Perhaps end the day with hot chocolate while chatting about your trip tomorrow? You can also enjoy your chocolate on the terrace and watch the beautiful sunset. Nearby you will find beautiful hiking trails as well as swimming and fishing opportunities.

Try a trolley tour and cycle on the disused Numedal Railway from Veggli to Rødberg! History buffs should explore the Rollag Stave Church and families with children can look forward to the Medieval Forest, the Numedal Medieval Center. There, an entire small village of handmade buildings has been built on a volunteer basis. Both the river and the Trillemarka-Rollagsfjell nature reserve also offer wonderful nature experiences on foot and from the water.
