"The apartment is even better than in the pictures. It’s clean, bright, quiet, tastefully decorated, very spacious, has a vey well-stocked kitchen and a nice balcony with outside furniture. Check in/out were very easy. Cristina & Stefano are super hosts, very welcoming and super nice!We highly recommend this place"

L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo al mattino seguente ma è stata praticamente inutile perchè il problema non è stato risolto nè è stata trovata unasistemazione alternativa. "Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,"

Our host even provided us with the ingredients for a home made meal for our first night. During our 3 week stay, if we had any issues(which were very few), Maria was very prompt to respond. "Andrea was an absolutely perfect host! There is not one bad thing I could say about this stay. Andrea communicated excellently at all stages of the booking and kitted the apartment with every necessity one could imagine. I did not expect such luxury, but I am not complaining :) The apartment is even prettier than the photos! Andrea has given careful attention to every detail and there was not one thing I could fault. The apartment is newly renovated, with simple yet pretty (and practical)...

"The property was as pictured, including toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials. This is a perfect place for a big group, with 15 bed rooms and 14 beds (4 doubles). The was plenty of seating/table space in the kitchen. 3 bathrooms/ showers all together apart from the bedrooms. It's a short walk to bus stations and there is a shop across the street. Maria was very responsive and accommodating. We reported 2 broken shower heads which I've been told are now new."
