"I had several issues in the room that resulted in three Maintenance calls (I’ve never had that happen before!) in each case they arrived within 2 minutes and addressed the issues. They were polite and respectful. For that service alone I would return to this hotel. "

"I would suggest two soft pillows to choose from. Having the bigger stiffer pillows only doesn't allow for neck comfort while trying to get comfortable. AND - please put some kind of a mirror by a plug somewhere else in the remodeled rooms. If you are trying to get 2 people ready, a steamy shower bathroom is not ideal for makeup and curling hair. Otherwise, the new color scheme and lay out is terrific. I liked having the king bed evenly across from the AC/Heater. It was perfectly...
