The property was excellent my bad review is for RBC travel Our flight only went to Nassau we needed to fly in to Exuma. We had to scramble to get another flight to our destination as well as a return flight to Nassua. Our expectation when we booked was we would get to our destination. I am expecting to be reimbursed for the cost of these extra flight!!!

The building flood out every day, therefore there was a puddle of water in front of the elevator and lobby area every day! My fiancé and I do not eat pork and was limited to eating fish every day and lamb (served only at dinner) because the menu was predominantly pork products.

Toilet leaked and they fixed it but the toilet next door was leaking and soaked our clothes in a bag hamper in closet. A/C quit one night. Bed was very hard. Exuma Sandals was just OK.
The property is nice. We paid for ocean front butler suite but were put on the very end with the more the half the view blocked by the adjacent property pine trees separated by an old chain link fence. Was able to get move the next day to a much better view. Had a water leak from the ceiling the whole stay but we just kept a towel there to keep it from pooling up. Wasn’t worth another move. Our butler was very hard to get ahold of for reservations or drinks but we’ve got legs so we just took care of it ourselves. All in all it was a nice place. Good food. Courteous staff. We won’t go back but for the area I think it’s worth staying. Maybe not for the price we paid but if yiu can get a deal.

Generous and spacious beach resort
A great resort: unique location, unbelievably beautiful beach; convincing and working concept (focus on 'couples in love'; all-in). We stayed for a week, went to a different place that we had previously booked and decided to go back to Sandals for another week. Food in the restaurants was excellent. Room service was slow and not reliable.

Verschiedene Restaurants mit unterschiedlichem Angebot, wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer in der Nähe des Strandes. Der Strand ist 1A, wirklich wunderschön! Es hat viele Liegen inkl. Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Das Personal war immer sehr bemüht um die Gäste, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Zum ersten Mal auch erlebt dass All-inclusive wirklich auch All-Inclusive bedeutet! Einzig negativ war dass wir mehrmals darauf warten mussten, dass Badetücher gebracht wurden. Bereits gegen 10h gab es keine mehr und das passierte fast jeden Tag, weil viele Gäste sich gleich mehrere Tücher schnappten.

The staff were so nice and always gave you an hello. Didn’t line that you couldn’t get your hands on a paper menu unless you went to the front desk. I think they could post their menus and times opened in a clear glass box outside the restaurant!

The location and beach were breath taking. The grounds were immaculate. The golf course was absolutely stunning. British pub was original. Wines and spirits were very good. Beer available was poor (Kalick). The large swimming pool was unusable due to temperature. It was very cold. Gutted at this!!! The service was average with very few orders taken for food and drink actually fulfilled accurately. Some of the staff seemed unhappy and looked like it was a hardship being there. The real disappointment was the quality of the food. It was very average which was really poor! The Bombay - really bland flavors and potential catering to American tastes. il Cielo - Burned my lip on a bowl of pasta. The sauce was piping hot. Never in my life seen steam coming off a bowl of pasta! Kimono - pretty good. Very entertaining but again fairly bland flavors. Jerk shack - liked this place. Good food and amazing hot sauce. Barefoot - Couldn't complain. Very good burger. The Duck - again a safe bet. Basic pub grub. The Bahamanian - really disappointing. Ran out of raisins on the third day, walnuts on the 5th day and could not replace limiting my healthy breakfast options. Lunch options did not change during 10 day stay. Meal at night was cold and over cooked. Dino's - cant complain. Pizzas were fine. The only 5 star all inclusive resort is a stretch. Service very hit and miss. Food was 3 star. Extremely drunk guests being loud and rude at breakfast, lunch and dinner doesn't scream 5 star.

Vorweg ist zu erwähnen, dass wir angenehme Tage verbringen konnten. Wir waren aber mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht zufrieden. Die Zimmer und teilweise auch die Anlage könnten Renovierungen vertragen. Zudem fehlt in den Zimmereinrichtungen das gewisse Etwas, welches für diese Preisklasse erwartet werden darf. Die Restaurants fürs Abendessen (Franzose, Inder, Japaner, Italiener) waren sehr lecker und hatten mehrheitlich einen guten Service. Das Büffetrestaurant ist okay. Die Angestellten beim Frühstück wirkten sehr desinteressiert und teilweise auch unfreundlich. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse geht das in meinen Augen gar nicht. Das Hotel bietet viele „Kleinigkeiten“ (Shuffleboard, Billard, Darts, Ping Pong, Krocket, Wassersportgeräte etc.), was wir sehr schätzten. Wir hatten einen Buttler. Ohne diesen wäre es wohl schwierig gewesen, Liegestühle zu ergattern. Gewisse Gäste stehen vor 07:00 Uhr auf, um Plätze zu reservieren. Dies hat für uns unser Buttler erledigt. Alles in allem hat sich das Hotel mit dem All inclusive Package kaum gelohnt und sticht auch nicht von anderen uns in der Südtürkei bekannten Hotels heraus. Wir haben klar zu wenig alkoholisches konsumiert. Der Konsum scheint gewissen vorwiegend amerikanischen Gästen sehr wichtig zu sein. Störend empfanden wir dies nicht, herrschte durch das Couples-only-Prinzip eine ruhige, entspannte Stimmung.
