"Als in der Buchungsbestätigung stand, dass wir Monteurzimmer gebucht haben, waren wir schon auf Schlimmeres vorbereitet, allerdings wurde das leider noch übertroffen. Das Angebot stimmt überhaupt nicht mit der Beschreibung überein. Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbetten, jeder Bettbezug unterschiedlich, okay damit kann man leben… Aber es gibt nur Gemeinschaftsduschen und - Toiletten, das sollte schon erwähnt werden! Die Wände sind sehr schmutzig, die Mülleimer in den Toiletten waren nicht gelehrt und...

"Wir hatten das Hotel zum Jahreswechsel für 3 Tage, 3 Monate im Voraus gebucht und über hotels.com auch eine Buchungsbestätigung 4 Tage vor Anreise bekommen. Bei Ankunft im Hotel wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass keine Buchung im System auffindbar war und man uns mitteilte, dass KEINE Zimmer über hotels.com angeboten wurden. "The property was clean and fairy easy to access. Parking was good. The property is in a highrise building from the 70's. Smelled a bit musty. We didn't use the pool or sauna, so can't comment. It was close to downtown and the Sole Terme. We had to pay extra for bedding and towels! The bed was not very comfortable. I am not sure what the mattress was stuffed with, maybe grass, lol. It was hard and uncomfortable. Make sure you bring everything you need, including shower jell, shampoo, etc."
