"When we arrived the check-in process was smooth. However when we arrived to the room it was far from clean. Nightstand had a coffee stain on it and floors were very dusty. Called down to the front desk said they would send someone to clean, so we waited and nobody showed up after 30mins. We were hungry so we stopped by the front desk to ask our way out the door. "The hotel offered free drinks vouchers in bar in lieu of the daily room change, which for three nights was fine. Room design quirky with minimalist interior and oval windows. Generally quiet but they were doing renovations near reception and in some of rooms on our floor. Location really good for local public transport used the u-bahn to attend Vienna parkrun. Uber is approx 30 euros to airport "

"We stayed here for 11 nights and while this is far from touristy areas, it is very close to public transport and a breeze from there to get to Innere Stadt. Also conveniently located to a Westfield Shopping Centre, plenty of dining options available. Staff were very professional & friendly. Complimentary coffee & tea available at the lobby. Also good that there is a gym and a laundry-drying facilty. Overall a great stay."

"A couple of things to note: Be careful when opening the window, as the hotel is next to train tracks and can get noisy. One of my neighbors was probably smoking, and the smell came into my room, which was uncomfortable—but of course, not the hotel’s fault. Also, there’s no AC, which wasn’t an issue for me now but could be in the summer. My only suggestion would be to extend the checkout time, as it feels a bit early for tourists. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely book here again!"

"Übergabe der Wohnung war eine Farce und hat Stunden gedauert, bis wir endlich rein konnten. Küche der Wohnung war komplett leer (von wenigen Tellern und Tassen abgesehen). Kein brauchbares warmes Wasser. Keine wirklich funktionierende Toilette. Die Bilder sind wohl so entstanden, dass das einzige Sofa immer wieder in andere Räume geschoben wurde und mit fotografiert wurde. Andere sichtbare Möbel waren nicht mehr vorhanden. D. h. Die Ausstattung war mehr als spartanisch. Alles in allem furchtbar."
