The kitchen, elegantly appointed and fully equipped, includes a bar with three bar stools. It provides everything needed to craft delectable meals for family and friends.

The outdoor terrace is a haven of delight, boasting a heated 28 m2 swimming pool (1.45 meters deep), accompanied by six sunbeds for basking in the sun and an outdoor covered dining table.
