"Thirteen friends on a early summer holiday to Portugal, what an experience. The villa is situated in the heart of Budens, easily accessible from Faro airport (<1 hour drive). There are many lovely beaches on the south and west coast, and Lagos or Sagres are no more than 20onutes drive away. We had some great hikes, runs, beach days, pool days and BBQs and would recommend the villa to anyone. The hosts were fantastic, timely in replying and had some great food recommendations. We will be coming...

"Lovely villa , comfortable , spacious , clean , everything we needed in the kitchen . Pool was great . Hot tub was extra . Arrived late first night , neighbour reported us for being noisy -two kids in the pool . Hands up , yes they were excited , had been travelling all day and yes there is a ‘quiet neighbour ‘ scheme between 10m and 9am . But no one mentioned the local dogs that bark constantly 24/7 , I’m not talking one or two , I have never heard so many dogs barking in one area . Honestly...

"Wonderful stay , house has nearly everything you could want - only things we missed were very minimal like ice cube tray, spatula for eggs at breakfast and light in en suite didn’t work - really were little things that had no impact on stay. Host and property manager accommodated earlier checkin requested. Great location for Lagos and 10 mins walk from beach . Overall a lovely stay - would stay again if we’re in Lagos "

"Our family of 5 just returned from Villa Celeiro and we were so delighted with our choice. The location is perfect for privacy, nature and quietness but not too far from amenities, beaches and Lagos Centre. The house is located just a few meters from a cliff known as "caminho dos pescadores" - (Fishermen trail) which takes you to 2 wonderful beaches (20 minutes walk to the left and the same to the right). "Pedro was the perfect host. We were running late on arrival, but it was not a problem for him. He met us at the villa and showed us around and made sure we knew how everything worked etc. He was easy to contact and quick to respond to questions. The villa was in a perfect location for the beach and Lagos town and had every amenity we needed, right down to shopping bags, cool box, ice packs and pool and beach toys, everything had been thought of.
