"The first night of our stay, I unrolled a towel on the bed in the cottage and 2 roaches fell out. Then I pulled down the comforter and more roaches were crawling around. I messaged the host on VRBO and heard nothing. I then messaged via text. The only response was that the host had not gotten the message on VRBO. No action or apology."

The home itself was beautiful, well kept and stocked for our convenience. The management was immediately responsive to our needs.
