Great Rogers Place
Wife and I spent a long weekend in Rogers house hunting and we loved coming back each day to relax after being out and about. Close to everything, especially nice to go up to Lake Atalanta to walk the trails.

Quaint cottage in Rogers
This house was so cozy and comfortable! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was within walking distance to museums, excellent coffee, delicious food, and cocktails. Perfect place for a couple. Amy, the host was nice and responsive. Easy check-in. We had a delightful stay and would stay here again!

The lovely house was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds super comfortable. We cycled on the spur trail to the Razorback Greenway right from the house. We walked into downtown Rogers for dinner one night and just for a stroll another. Beautiful neighborhood, nice and quiet. Would stay here again!

Lovely home
Beautiful home close enough to everything I needed (NWACC and Beaver Lake). I was by myself but if I’d had my family they would’ve been pleased as well. There were thoughtful amenities and it was decorated like a home should. The patio was a nice addition I wish I got to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Little Rogers House
The property is very well maintained and we particularly liked the care the owner showed in maintaining items like coffee, detergent and essential other cooking items. The cottage is petite but was ample for my wife and I, with a nice sitting area. And the location is very close to Rogers downtown and a number of excellent ethnic restaurants.

Quiet and comfy!
Home was very clean. The bed was super comfy!. Plenty of parking with s nice backyard. Wifi was strong as my friend was preparing taxes online for one whole day. Towels and linens were very clean and soft. The host was accommodating and offered an earlier check-in when she learned I was in town waiting.Stores and restaurants were nearby. Downtown Rogers was eclectic and interesting which was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this property to anyone in the area!

Perfect vacation home!
We loved our stay at this property!! The home was beautifully decorated and a perfect size for the two of us to stay for a few nights. Check in was incredibly easy, and I know the owner was ready to help if we needed anything - although the home already had everything we needed (including a super comfortable bed/bedding and towels)! We also loved the driveway parking, opportunity for some outdoor time on a lovely patio, and the ease of a quick and safe walk to downtown for great food and drinks. We were in town for a concert at the AMP, and that was a super easy drive from this property. We can’t wait to go back to Rogers and stay here again!

Wonderful!
My husband and I recently stayed for three nights at this charming home. The location was perfect and within walking distance of downtown Rogers. The house is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. I'd say this space is best for a couple or a couple with one or two kiddos. The bathroom is a pretty tight space, but we didn't have any problems with it. Overall, I'd definitely stay again!

Pedal the Razorback Greenway
It was perfectly located for pedaling. We also went to Crystal Bridges and the Pea Ridge National Park. Easy walking to different choices for dinner. Will definitely go back. Thank you so much.

Bringing’ the boat to Ark
We felt so fortunate to find this home with such a perfect drive way to park our large boat. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio on nice evenings and hearing and watching birds enjoy the beautiful trees. Furniture is comfy, nicely decorated and in a great location. You should check it out!

Great Place To Stay
We were very pleased with the location and the overall condition of the property. We are an 85 & 82 year old couple and found the height of the beds a little uncomfortable but for a short 3 night stay it was not a major issue. We had most of our meals away from the home but were surprised with the completeness of all the things that were available. We had been gone from the area for 28 years but if another opportunity comes for another return we would certainly consider this place again.

Perfect!
My husband and I stayed here during a long weekend trip to the Rogers/Bentonville area. The house was just what we needed-- well stocked and extremely cute and cozy. We were able to buy a few groceries from the nearby Walmart and Aldi and cooked breakfasts and simple lunches in the kitchen. Amy was very responsive to all communications. Huge traffic issue
The kids and staff use 5th St. as a race track in the morning and afternoon. There was no police presents at all during these times. That will hurt business and is quite dangerous The home is great!
